Biden sounded and looked much stronger than Clinton today though. Taking age into consideration, I see them both going around the same time.
-
Agreed, but will Bill outlive Biden? I feel these two could go in very quick succession in 2036. Bush will potentially see 2040.

Pays tribute to Delon via written letter to AFP

Bardot's breathing difficulties led to her DL inclusion; Loren's emergency fall led to her inclusion on my shadowlist, but we were both wrong. Delon was the International 60s Icon we should have been looking at, who slipped through our fingers; and now those two ladies will see 2025, probably even 2026 at this rate. RIP Jef

Merci beaucoup. As I will always be a great Delon fan (think of all those times I have mentioned him on the forum), I feel it is quite fitting for me to have this win.
-
Delon was born on 8th November. He died aged 88 on the 18th of the 8th month of the year. Now, Delon is number eight. If he was on my Shadowlist (he so nearly was), he would have been my 8th hit too!

I win. Edit: "I never lose, never really."

Chris Rea would be worth some consideration... been awfully quiet in his direction So many other notable singers/musicians around 70-80 to consider (Jacques Dutronc, Phil Collins, Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Mick Jagger, Eddy Mitchell, Rick Wakeman etc.).

Cancels 200th Las Vegas show after falling ill with strep throat

What's the latest news anyone has heard about him? Wasn't he dying in 2021 and then nothing...

French actor, Hubert Saint-Macary, turning 76 in 2025. His brother, Xavier, another French actor, (who looked healthier than Hubert) died inexplicably from a heart attack at 39, so there may well be family history of heart trouble. Hubert also has not done any acting projects since 2020.

2025 List if he makes it The only newbies you could argue that are more urgent are Sven-Goran Eriksson and Geoffrey Boycott. Even June Spencer has a better chance of seeing 2026 than Delon IMO.
-
Well enough to do an interview with Le Parisien lashing out at the arrest of an anti-whaling activist An acceptable drop for 2025, especially at this rate.

This is going back a while, but I am trying to ascertain why French actor, Xavier Saint Macary, died aged only 39 of a heart attack in 1988. Up until the year he died, he was seemingly in good physical shape (like in Quelques Jours Avec Moi (1988)), and I have found nothing to indicate he at any point led an unhealthy lifestyle. In future, is there a thread to discuss celebrities who mysteriously died at a young age?

Some essential newbies for the 2025 DL... if they make it Alain Delon: Wheelchair bound, verging towards ninety in 2025, suffering from lymphoma, recovering from a severe stroke from five years ago, his family is breaking apart and he is in the middle of the Delon family fight. James Earl Jones: Will be 94 in January, has been close to 300 pounds for most of his life, has been out of the spotlight as of late, has had a history of diabetes going back to the 1990s. June Spencer: Um, she'll be 106 next June. Eva Marie Saint: Um, she'll be 101 next July. Teri Garr: Will be 80 this December, has suffered from multiple sclerosis for decades, has been too quiet.

Very possibly- I still see Kennedy, Baxter, Chomsky and Le Pen pulling out in front of Jimmy.

Ethel Kennedy- surprised no other votes for her yet...

Rumours he has suffered a stroke

It's almost as if all the surviving 2024 DL candidates are holding on indefinitely to ensure it's Jimmy's turn next.

Ideal DL candidate to drop in 2025 and bring back in 2026

Does anyone know whether Larry Manetti was born in 1947 or 1943? Most sources say 1947, and Larry himself remarked he must have been six or seven when he did an audition for The Harder They Fall (1955). However, according to the California, Marriage Index, 1960-1985, Larry was 36 years old when he married in February 1980. Had a stroke circa 2016 and is wheelchair bound, a good one to consider going forwards.

Whoever has the honour of breaking this drought will be a significant hit. It would therefore be fitting if it was Jimmy... but it won't be, of course.

Video of Duvall from March 2024 He has continued to stay active on Facebook since; safe for rest of 2024 and a reasonable drop for 2025.
