Leila will be 90 next year, but is still active (most recently in the Bad Education reboot) Alfred will be 100 next year, seemingly stopped acting a few years ago I'd assume they'd both get QOs considering they both have decade long TV careers

I would also add that on average women have a longer life expectancy then men, and considering the list contains a lot of people who are older it is a safer bet going for an older man than a woman, about 90% of the worlds oldest people have been women.
