The cut-off is for new people + entries primarily. If there are any duplicates, or issues with the shows/cast selected, that can be resolved after the deadline with no issue. As long as you submitted a team before the starting gun, fair play. My goal is to have a firm cut-off on participants, then spend the next 24 hours making sure everything/everyone followed the rules. Cast vs Crew would be considered separate. They must be credited as a cast member. Someone being a Product Assistant for 20 episodes, but than also having a small acting role in 1 episode, would only have that singular episode counted. Good question!
