Dale Kildee has died aged 92 (b. 1929-2021). He was a mainstay in the U.S House of Rep. serving from 1977-2013. The seat he held (Michigan) is now held by his nephew Dan Kildee. Kildee was involved in local state politics since 1965 being a state rep. from 1965-1974 and a state sen. from 1975-1976. Most notable thing he did (in my opinion) was create the Native American Caucus in the House. Kildee was the 29th oldest living House of Rep. (either former or current). https://thehill.com/homenews/house/576613-former-rep-dale-kildee-dies-at-92

I'd say no. Never heard of her till I found this site. Doubt this gets much coverage in the media besides the usual circles. In fact, I doubt she'd get much of a obit, at all if she wasn't so old. Disney legend of course as well, but in America that isn't something most know exists nor care about.

Providing some more info: Smosh is a YouTube channel that was created in 2005. When YouTube was a relatively new concept Smosh was one of the most popular channels on the platform. It has had periods of being the most subscribed channel on YouTube with the last period ending in August of 2013. The person with cancer on the channel is Keith Leak Jr, who is 29. He has been a part of the channel since 2015. It should be noted that Smosh has multiple YouTube channels and he is a key figure in multiple of them (as well as social media and Twitch). https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5820878/ ^ This is his imdb page which will show mainly Smosh credits and a few other small projects. The cancer he has been diagnosed with is Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST). This is an extremely rare and treatable cancer, especially for his age group. If you follow his Instagram page, he has given regular updates and was diagnosed around April 2021. https://www.instagram.com/keithleakjr/ Basically to sum all this up....he has a high chance of being perfectly fine in the long-term.

Pat Robertson has stepped down from hosting the show he created, The 700 Club. Robertson created the program in 1966, which shifted the (CBN) network from its original Christian programming founded in 1960. He has been the host of the show since 1966, minus a brief few months where he ran for president in 1987-88. The 91 year old gave no advance warning of him stepping down and announced today, October 1st, will be his last on the program. Today is the 60th anniversary of the show starting. His son, Gordon Robertson (age 61) who is also the CEO of the CBN will be taking over hosting duties. They mentioned that Pat may make appearances if the news warrants. The word is that he felt ready to retire and plans to shift towards teaching at a private Christian college he founded in 1977. This seems a bit ominous as it came out of nowhere and he doesn't seem like the type to give up power easily. https://www.washingtonpost.com/religion/2021/10/01/pat-robertson-cbn-700-club-retires-evangelical-gop-republican-presidential-candidate/ https://www.npr.org/2021/10/01/1042401667/700-club-pat-robertson-host-steps-down-christian-talk-show
