Rules: *Aired in the context of this pool, means TV/Streaming* A. Winning shows will go into the Hall of Fame and are out of bounds in perpetuity. A show is not out of bounds if two or more players selected it in the previous round, thus eliminating it from said round. Genres of shows not allowed: Sports, Infomercials, or News Shows. My Twist! As this website has brought some of the most informed deadpoolers around, I want to make it a bit harder. If any user picks a show, which is then picked by another, that show is eliminated from the game. Essentially this means you take a risk in submission, as any show you pick could be scrapped if someone else is likeminded. It also means it would be wise to have a back-up! Do you take a risk in picking a popular show, thinking others will be scared? Do you pick something unique knowing you have no competition on it?

Directly from the article, "Mary Poppins star Dick Van Dyke has said he is glad he “won’t be around” to experience the full duration of Donald Trump’s second term as president." Sure seems as if he was saying the entire four years! Either way it wasnt worth bumping his thread you fruit.

In the article he specifies the "entire four years". Pretty reasonable to assume a 98 year old may die in 4 years...

How many people left on this year's list seemed like a cert at the beginning? Who knows anymore... I would also like to see that list of rejected candidates though!

I wouldn't say this is 100% true. Sexism certainly exists on some level in voting patterns. Hopefully we are at the point where it is a marginal one, but I'm not sure.

This is just incorrect.

Unfortunately, it seems as though Trump will win. Democrats take the House + Republicans take the Senate. Trump wins NC/GA/AZ. PA being a true coin flip will go Trump's way. Rest go Harris. Trump will declare victory prematurely which complicates things. No true winner declared until the weekend. If seems as though they learned nothing from 2016 with unjustly selecting a party nominee. Really can't stand the idea of 4 more years under Trump. Hope I am wrong!

Are you okay with: 1. Not having the newest games 2. Slowly depreciating online play 3. Need for a new console within 5-6 years If so, get the PS4. I've just recently upgraded from an Xbox 360 to the Xbox One. It took them killing the online functionality for that to happen. I've been perfectly happy with my choice, especially because I can use physical media for my games. Realize though, as I have, that by 2030 (hopefully not before) PS4/Xbox One will be killed off.
