Discussing the death of the Queen is bad manners, disgusting, treason, rude, crude, lewd and shows really bad taste - well done! 10 years, nah - at least 15 just to annoy Chuck and Cammers.

Putting him in a grave condition would surely be better once the Pope has popped off, and not before?

How sad to hear of David Kosoff's demise, especially as I thought he shifted off this mortal doobrey years ago. If only I had known, he would have been under consideration for 2005. Oh well, there is still Dame Vera. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/beds/bu...rts/4378131.stm

So farewell Sister Lucia, I think its pronounced 'Lucy', Unlike the island in the Windwards, Which isn't. You had a good life, nothing too hairy, You even got to see the blessed Virgin Mary, You told your secrets, as you should, The Pope got shot, as you said he would. So rest in peace, and in peace find rest, Sister Lucy, you were the best.

Hate to be pickey, but Susan and Tim are not married, they are just good friends. And I agree, sometimes Hollywood do-gooders turn me right off.

Burt is still around! Holy Funeral Batman!

James Garner was not killed in the film, although blind Colin played by the late Donald Pleasance was. James and Donald stole a plane but forgot to check the fuel guage. As a result the plane crash landed and Colin started to walk towards the Germans, who not knowing he was blind, proceeded to shoot the living crap out of him. James was returned to the camp to tell the tale. I would hate to think anybody would think I actually know all of this as a matter of course, it just so happened I saw the film a few days ago.

Absolutely famous enough and being in the circus he should run rings around the competition!

I liked John Dunn and remember him from my paper round days. He used to be on the wireless at 5.30am - and at that time, was the only thing on the wireless at 5.30am. He and Ray Moore were the best, hope they are both having a good natter now. RIP JD

BBC Web site also said she was famous for TV's 'Rentaghost'. But I think she was far more famous her "Flash" adverts which like me, "cleans like a white tornado."

Well thank you for that Cowboy Ronnie - now I have to take my trousers to the cleaners as I laughed so much

I think it is is a sad day, when a sad day is marred by so much sadness on a day, when, sadness in the saddest thing to be sad about. Emlyn Hughes, Poetry Man salutes you. Not because I like soccer, I don't, silly game kicking a ball from one end of a pitch to the other end with an occasional goal to break the monotony. No you was good and kind in almost all things, especially letting Billy Beaumont win at a Question of Sport and for that I salute you and hope you have passed on to even better things.

BBC says he is dead CBS says he is alive, but fading fast LBC says he was dead, but isn't dead anymore. Now that is what I call flip-flopping

As a person who is over here, as in over there being over here, I can tell you, all in all, we would prefer Lord Hanson to be over there, as in your over here over there. Mind you, since he is now down there, I expect he would like to be over here, or over there, in fact anywhere, but where is currrently is. He could be up there I suppose, but since when he was over there, as in being over here, we wanted him over here, as in over there, as he was not totally nice to people over there as in over here. Pass me my funny pills!

We bid farewell to the old lady Alice, Now just a ghost, at a cold damp palace. Like the old Queen Mum who went before, Princess Alice, was shown the door. She lasted well, and we yell "Gawd Luv Her" Just as we did for the old Queen Mother, And those who believe in Royal to do's They both survived to 102. Will the Queen bow, will she shed just one tear, I doubt it, and here I'll be a telling-yer, She was loved, and was liked, and revered and perspiked! But she was never the yacht Britannia!

Fairwell Rodney, for that was your name, For being quite funny, is why you found fame. I never knew you, but I know you are fine, For being on the Death List; this year's number 9. I want to extole you, in rhyme and in verse, Before they carry you off in a hearse, But I never knew you, or saw you, or heard you, So like a tree, cut to size: I'm stumped. So fair thee well, Mr. R.D, And have a fine time in heaven, And when you get a couple of minutes, Say "Hello" to Deathlist's number 7. Poetry Man 10/7/04 in the style of a poet lacking caffiene.

There he goes, there he goes, there he goes... There he goes, there he goes, there he goes - ows. Sung to to the tune of "Here we go", except we didn't, and he did.

Well since I presume it will be in England, and I will be England 'tween October 22nd and 24th, could we make then? And I am pretty sure there is a place in Hampshire called De'Ath, need I say more?

Being a Dick is no problem. I went to school with someone called Ivor Pecker- honest - and I have a school photo to prove it!
