Philip Jenkinson The TV presenter and film writer died on the 11th March aged 76. Sorry if it's already been posted somewhere else, but I couldn't find it. He was also one of the sailors in the famous "There Is Nothing Like A Dame" number on the Morecambe and Wise show.

John Souza Striker for the US team that famously shocked England 1 - 0 in the 1950 World Cup has died aged 91. This follows on from his team-mate Harry Keough's death last month. Now only keeper Frank Borghi and midfielder Walter Bahr remain from the 11 that played for the US that day.

A man has died after trying to set a world record for the longest time spent buried alive "Basnayake was buried at around 9.30am on Saturday. Police said that when he was brought to the surface at 4pm he was unconscious and taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
