That's what happens when you have 5 Military Deferments to avoid serving in Vietnam and never learn how to handle a gun. Is Killing by Friendly Fire a national sport in the US?

Not specifically, but most right of centre blogs in NZ (kiwiblog.co.nz, nzpundit.co.nz) tend to refer to her marriage in italics for some reason. We've got a General Election in a couple of months now; no doubt the term childless will be used between now and then.

Although Ford probably doesn't fly much these days, so that may keep him out of trouble.

Slave, are you a youngster? - cos all us old fogeys know that 'wireless' is the name for a battery powered radio, back in the days before personnal cassette players and portable CD players. Bah; new fangled term. What's wrong with listening to the Crystal Set anyway?

Those long summers in the holiday cottage in Chernobyl may be starting to take their toll...

Still nothing on the news sites yet.... Obviously no-one wants to wake up the PM of Luxembourg for the definitive word.
-
Which bit of the infromation is wrong?
-
I assume the bidding will be opened by the Luxembourg Prime Minister? Looks like no-one’s going to want for sparkling glassware at the next garden party at the Grand Duchy. Mir wëlle bleiwe wat mir sin

Given all the flip-flopping and semi-deaths relating to him over the last week, should we not give him 24 hours just to make sure?
-
That's the boy. Think how much more entertaining this forum would be if we had the regular benefit of his wisdom here.
-
Does the ranting here just prove that fans of Liverpool FC are particularly self-pittying when dealing with death or misfortune?? Has anyone else made this point recently?
-
Looks like someone else may have keeled over.... http://www.guardian.co.uk/international/st...1346054,00.html Or is that too obvious a pun? He's too far low in the ground to worry about it now anyway.

...so do we assume the 72 virgins weren't quite what he was hoping for, so he thought he'd come back and give Earth another go?
