Lord Fellatio Nelson replied to Deathray's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Here you go. The result of trying to fuck a majority over by ignoring a vote. You don't need to be fucking Hawking to figure out that the pond life who have attached themselves to Brexit will get ALOT of support from people who are utterly fucked off with the who debacle. This was the point I was trying to make earlier, Deathers. You can get a million remainers onto the streets of London on a Saturday but you will never get a million people marching with these cunts because they would, by association, be vile racist ball bags too. A vote though? That's anonymous, it's a protest, a way of venting your spleen and a sure fire way of telling the political elite that you aint happy at all. Ignore the referendum result, by all means, but you just make the far right vermin stronger and empowered. Fucking short sighted idiocy. -
I think it got lost in translation. I think 'What 60s album track on a British artist/groups album was recorded by another British artist as a single and became their only no1 hit? would have been more accurate? Maybe.

With a little help from my friends.

You may.

TBF, he had the templates from the UK shows, two of those you mention, were based on. He , basically, did spin offs from All In The Family too. Not a man of many individual ideas, was he!
-
I suppose he known well enough to Stateside users of the forum but he may as well be King Lear to me!
-
Just looked him up. Probably best known for producing the US version of Till Death Us Do Part, All In The Family.

That's actually the UK, London, probably. I read an article the other day, the basic thrust of it was that the French were pretty fucked off with the dictatorial tone of Macron and the constant haranguing of the working classes that they must suffer the fuel hikes 'for their own good' and tax hikes 'for their own good' on the back of the whole climate change ticket. There is a rebellion taking place against the Political left and the 'right on' polibollocks that has began to dominate mainstream politics in Europe for a while now. I have no doubt that there is a hard core anarchist element that is running amok out there hidden by legitimate protesting but anybody who says that the majority out there on the streets are not there for real and genuine reasons is kidding themselves. -
TBF, they can afford it. The UK are giving them nearly £100 million in aid this year. Medical expenses AND a space programme!

Ah, yes! Apparently, the fuel hike climbdown made by Napoleon Macron is not going far enough. The protesters, apparently, want tax cuts too. 'We will not just accept crumbs from the table' or words to that effect have been uttered by one protestor. Italy has agreed a budget that is not agreeable to the EU paymasters. Hungary has a Hitler clone in charge. Poland is moving to the far right. Germans Nazis have been openly shouting 'Seig Heil' in gatherings. It is all warming up nicely! -

Well, nor me really. I'm just speculating on a possible forthcoming series of events. Maybe, if we come back to that post on the 5/12/19 , we will see how accurate or massively shite my predictions were! -

I'm going for the following... The Government loses a 'No confidence' vote. May resigns. Labour wins a general election. Parliament capitulates and we accept a watered down EU deal. All money is moved from the UK as the new government imposes sweeping tax increases for the rich. Inflation begins to climb like the speedo in a Fast and Furious car. Prices start climbing. The city move whatever money they have left in the UK out. The Government borrows from the IMF. We have no money generated by an economy in free fall to pay it back. People protest on the streets. Wee Jimmy Krankie demands a new Scottish referendum. Corbyn agrees. Scotland votes to fuck off ( alone cannot be any worse than being tied into the UK) A new far right coalition emerges and tells the people what they want to hear. They make gains in local elections. We start turning into fucking Nazis and Trump supporters An election is forced. The far right make gains and hold all the cards in a no overall majority election result. We go back to the 1970s. The End. I can't wait!! -

Well here is the thing. You voted for Scottish persons, all their sea fish and cattle, independence from the UK. You 'don't care much for the English' You hate the EU. You have not spat your dummy out. You carry on as before, smoking and drinking etc. -

It already has you bell end! Where the fuck have you been? The High St is finished, the internet has seen to that. Pubs died when smoking was banned and the chancellor kept on milking pub goers. Social events industry? What does that mean exactly? Football clubs or marquee hire companies? Ferchrissakes, come up with something better than that Deathers.. The rest of your utter wank of a post just proves that, if anybody buys the utter bollocks sprouted by people about the utter collapse of our country if we leave the EU, it is the immature and gullible, like you. Remain clearly believes that if you shout the loudest it gives your argument greater gravitas. It doesn't. If you truly believe that any societal breakdown will be temporary if we are FORCED to remain in the EU then you are truly stupid and I have never had you down as that. Believe what you want, I don't give a fuck. I'm just going to sit here and watch it all fall apart. -

I will go figure that 700, 000 may as well have been quoted at 1 million for all of the accuracy that gets reported. Those '700,000' who attended marched in London, a remain strong hold. A collection of students, the middle class and anti government, anti poverty and anti breathing activists were all able to mobilise via social media to all attend and be handed professionally made banners, T shirts and other paraphernalia to adorn themselves with to ram home the point that they were happy to usurp a democratic vote because it did not go their way. The majority, however, those that originally voted to leave, sat at home, went to work, shopping and, generally ,got on with their lives because, as far as we are concerned, democracy, if it ever was alive, is now truly dead and, in future, we will keep having general elections, one after the other until the vociferous minority who want to jump up and down because they do not like the result, can take to the streets and demand a second vote, a third one and as many elections as they so wish until they get the result they want. This is the current reality that we all live with. There is barely a week that goes by when London is not brought to a standstill by people protesting about something. It makes the news, it doesn't make them right and it does not make them the majority. I tell you now, even if this whole fucking abortion ends up with us staying in or taking orders from Brussels, even though we are out, the shit will hit the fan in this country. Be careful what you wish for. Go figure. -

Yep All those millions who voted to leave will just disappear like it never happened.
