I've updated the cast list for The Comedians again (see the spoiler below) to add a few names who were missing.

Dennis Jones, the Bradford impressionist died in 1993.
I've removed Jimmy Cricket because despite being listed on IMDb, he never appeared on the show.

As for passings since my last update, Blackpool stand-up Tony Jo died from cancer in January 2022, aged just 70. Local obit and Jimmy Cricket posted a tribute to him on his website here.

There's an obit for a Pat Tansey here from 2022, aged 70. I don't think it's him but I'm not certain. The individual died in Sunderland. Pat Tansey the comedian was Irish-born and lived in Bromsgrove, and according to a quick Google search was still performing in 2021.

I'm amazed that Stevie Faye is still with us at 96 considering that he's been so frail for years. He must surely be the oldest living comedian of note in the UK now.

Actually, of more interest was the article about the police clampdown on dogging.

    Yes.

I have read as much as I can about that, fascinating.

Government agent killed by agents of another government, methinks.

In terms of british mysteries and as a sometimes avid watcher and listener of true crime documentaries and podcasts,  I have been most perplexed and interested in  the disappearance of Claudia Lawrence in 2009 in  Yorkshire  and the murder of businesswoman  Penny Bell in 1991. Why did Penny withdraw so much money in the days before her murder in her own car in a leisure centre car park??

The Penny Bell case is very interesting.

She was brutally murdered, in her car, in broad daylight.

    Nobody saw a thing.

What the hell happened to Zigmund Adamski?

JFKs brain, well most of it, ended up over the boot of the Lincoln Continental they were travelling in.

It was said that Jackie Kennedy was frantically scooping up the brain as the car sped off.

Someone should ring him and suggest joining Deathlist would help him get grounded and share a few laughs!

I wonder what members of the Royal Family have actually found this place and read threads, maybe even, you know, posted!!

    We may only speculate!
