Am I given to understand that you are not troubled by mosquitoes? Or is it 'Finish'* running in your veins? *Dishwasher cleaning agent You're going to have to explain that one to me. Edit: Do you actually think I'm a dishwasher? I'm not.

    Michael Jackson

Click on 'My Controls' at the top of the screen. Under the heading 'Options' on the left hand side click on 'Board Settings' Under the heading 'Time Zone' you will see the question 'Is daylight savings time in effect?'. Tick the box. At the bottom click on the button that says 'Change my account options'. Have a lie down. What are you talking about?

    Pope John Paul

What is it that makes this Pope so great? What do you know about Hein that makes you so dismissive? I'd be a lot more bothered if Hein died than if your mate 'PJP' died. I'd imagine that Hein is well aware that "the clock is ticking", I am. It is because we accept this fact that we are able to make jokes about one of society's last taboos. As the head of a ridiculous institution like the Catholic church the Pope is an easy target for ridicule, he's done nothing to deserve our respect and I'm afraid that if an old man won't retire then he's asking for derision.

    Sir Ranulph Fiennes

Sir Ranulph Twisleton-Wickham-Fiennes, 3rd Baronet, OBE is a bit of a nutter. He was chucked out of the SAS for blowing up part of a film set and recently ran 7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents shortly after having a heart attack. He's also done various pointless things like walking to places that are hard to get to and climbing big things.

It has a forbidden message when i try and type that. How very strange. It will let you type Python as long as it is in bold I think.

Should the title of this thread not be: "James, Lord Callaghan, ex-PM"?

    So do I!
  22. Funny you should say that Slave to the Grave! Having checked dictionary.com erotesis is defined as: ...so, by my understanding neither Josco's question, nor mine, nor your's was erotetic. Just rhetorical. I expect to be corrected shortly.
  23. I'm sure that as you type you just imagine all of us leafing through our dictionaries. Erotesis! What sort of word is that? It's a word which concisely explains what would otherwise have taken a whole paragraph. I think its generally the case that the more words you know, the less you need My question was erotetic Slave to the Grave.
