Inspired me to try an Anejo Highball Made mine with dark rum, triple sec, lime juice and ginger beer. A dash of orange bitters instead of the standard angostura. Very refreshing. In other news, I was in Tesco today and spotted a bottle of Lagavulin on the top shelf. I was sooooo tempted but it was £46. I will treat myself but can't just at the moment.

Really sad about this. Wilko was somewhere you could rely on getting decent quality goods at a reasonable price, and there was some consistency, unlike the likes of B&M, Home Bargains or Poundland where you never really know what you're going to find on the shelves. At least with Wilko if you bought something and liked it you could buy it again. I liked it not being out in some godforsaken "retail park" as well. And they used to play really good music* in there, although that stopped in recent years. *That means music that was to my taste.
