Frank Field was never on the list...
-
Tom Karen OBE (wiki), Austrian-born Czech-British industrial and automobile designer, supposedly dead at 96.
-
Received an update on Frank Field yesterday from a sitting MP. I’m told he’s very close to the end now.
-
Golden Girls is still shown on UK TV. All of the seasons are available to watch on Disney+ now though

Thanks Joey! Confirmed by his brother Verdine White on Facebook. I'll wait to get confirmation on a date of death before I update, but looks like he was a 31/12/22 death.
-
Telegraph obit confirms he was a 2022 death. Unpicked in last year's DDP.
-
Doug Baker has died aged 93.
-
Mediocre, but I've seen years with much worse lists produced. James Whale was an awful drop.

And yet, if a 16 year old gang member broke into your house, and put a bullet through the head of one of your family members, you'd expect them to be tried in court as an adult! Society cannot have it both ways. Either a 16 year old is capable and knows what they're doing, or they're completely negligent of responsibility. The woman was not a "child", and yes she's an opportunist who's spotted a pay day. EDIT: I see you're a Yank also. Might interest you to know that the age of consent in the UK is 16 (a nation of nonces I guess). Not sure what it is in California now or in whatever state you're from.

Can we call it what it is? An opportunistic woman who is desperate for money. "A woman who says she had a sexual relationship with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler when she was 16 is suing him in California, under a state law that has temporarily extended the statute of limitations for adults to take legal action on sexual abuse they suffered as children." I don't care what the law said at the time. A 16 year old is not a child, and is fully capable of understanding what they're doing.

Updated for the death of Anita Pointer.

Meh, retiring from this game. I suck so badly at it!

Don’t think DL allows animal entries. Also, can we stop referring to it as Kabosu? Only the owners know it as that. To the rest of the world the dog is called Doge!

RIP to the original coverup king.
-
Why? He’s just as frail as Greenspan IMO, and the two make just as many appearances. Yet you’re not calling on him to be dropped?
-
Can’t even remember who he is now. I’m sure he’s somebody that ppl care about on some other continent somewhere, yeah?

With the death of Walters, there are now just three living people who were inducted into the Television Hall of Fame (wiki) during the 1980s: Norman Lear, 100 Joan Ganz Cooney, 93 Carol Burnett, 89
