Yikes. Yeah she's a goner in 2023, if she makes it that far. Expect her to appear in the Drop 40.

Do you have evidence that Stacia recorded onto either of the above two singles?

Easiest way I can explain it to you is there are hereditary peers who inherit their titles after the previous holder (usually their father or brother) dies. These titles were all created between the 1300s and 1984. The easiest way to spot a hereditary peer is by their numbering e.g. “the 3rd Lord Monk Bretton” or “John Dodson, 3rd Baron Monk Bretton”. In 1958, a new law gave permission for the creation of “life peerages”. This allowed commoners to be given titles which would give them the right to sit in the House of Lords BUT when they die, so does the title. So it isn’t inherited, and thus these people are not part of the aristocracy. Nigel Jones is an example of a life peer. Today the House of Lords consists almost entirely of life peers. Of the ~800 members, less than 100 are hereditary peers. Around 1200 aristocratic families lost their right to sit in the House of Lords in 1999, when Tony Blair changed the law. However, they still retain their titles and their titles are still inherited once they die. Also, everyone with the title of “Earl”, “Viscount”, “Duke”, or “Marquess” is a hereditary peer (and thus an aristocrat) – these titles are all superior to “Lord/Baron”, with Duke being the highest title someone outside of the Royal family can hold. Does that help or is it still quite blurry?

The Times has revealed Jones’ cause of death. Went in for heart surgery. Died on the operating table.

Lord Jones of Cheltenham, or just Lord Jones. Not Lord Cheltenham. Also, already posted in Political Frailty by moi. Also, he’s not an aristocrat. Not like you to be off the mark gcreptile!

Nigel Jones, Baron Jones (wiki) dead at 74. Lib Dem MP for Cheltenham (1992–2005) and member of the House of Lords (since 2005). Annoying for the Libs as they've been told that they're not getting any new peers appointed for quite some time!

Weird coincidence this one. All three surviving winners of the Boston Marathon from the 1950s died in the last few months. South Korean Ham Kee-yong (wiki) died yesterday, aged 92. He was the 1950 winner. Japan's Shigeki Tanaka (wiki) died in October, aged 91. He was the 1951 winner. Finland's Eino Oksanen (wiki) died in August, aged 91. He was the 1959 winner and 1961/1962 winner. The earliest living now is Belgian Aurèle Vandendriessche (wiki) who is 90 and was the 1963/1964 winner.

Australia's oldest Olympian, alpine skier Frank Prihoda (wiki) dead at 101.

Dead Solid Perfect still going nearly a year on from this post. Will turn 40 in January. The record for a thoroughbred racehorse was Tango Duke (42), who died way back in 1978.

Fred Hickman (wiki) reportedly dead at 66.

Can't find any solid confirmation yet, but tweet here saying that Karl Von Steiger (wiki) has died of congestive heart failure.

Let's not forget that Harry Landis died in September. He was in the show for two years. Elizabeth Kelly stands out as likely to go next. She'll be 102 in March and is the oldest cast member now by a country mile.

So good is your list @Drewsky1211, I think DL should just copy the whole thing directly for next year.

Nah, @Sean is quite right. They're total loons. If you go onto the Just Stop Oil page on Twitter then click on the profiles of their top activists, you see from their own bios that they describe themselves as far left/communist/anarchist and want a revolution. They're genuinely nuts and their "climate armageddon is now" nonsense is pseudo science. It's not widely accepted amongst the scientific community. I'd have their organisation banned. The Home Office did it with Islam4UK. I don't see the difference. Both forms of domestic terrorism. If you block an ambulance taking a critical patient to the hospital and they die, that's terrorism. No doubt. The Government need to get tougher on them.
