    Political Frailty

Vladimir Stepanov (wiki) dead at 95.

    World's Oldest

I don't think she was the oldest. Just the oldest named. There is an anonymous case who was ahead of her (born Jun 1911). Could have died off radar any time since being picked up though. The Netherlands has very strict privacy laws so their tables will never be accurate. Likely their top 3 is always wrong.

    Boris Johnson

An outside bet for sure. I don’t think the support in the parliamentary party would be there. Just like Truss and Gove.

    Lara Roxx

The article says that his own mum and grandmother appeared as extras in one of his pornos. Well that's... different

    Ideas and possibilities for 2023

Any evidence of her actually being alive in the last decade?

    Hollywood Possibilities

He’s a relative of mine. We have good longevity on that side of the family. I’d expect David to be around for a while yet.

    Oldest Living football league players

You can’t confirm this. You literally just pulled that out of your backside.

    The 100 Club

Hein Eersel dead, two days after turning 100.

    FIFA World Cup Players

Simple way round that. Get in touch with one of the football stats sites like this https://fbref.com/en/players/f8cdec4e/Bobby-Trainor … they’ll update with the death info then it can be used to ref his Wiki page.

    Shirley Bassey

This is a conversation about nothing that seems to have stemmed from nothing. She's fine.

    Gerry And Sylvia Anderson

Sort of. For Thunderbirds. Not the other series. See the post directly above yours.

    Derby Dead Pool 2022

I’ve noticed that too. The Courier, by comparison, bungs them out at a crazy speed despite losing their prominence as a national paper.

    Tuskegee Airmen

Death notice for Maceo Martin Jr., aged 98, a flight officer with the Tuskegee Airmen during WWII. Mention of him here on his father's Wiki (his father was a famous banker/civil rights activist).

    UK Singles Chart

See the notes section of the entry. I used the lineup on Wiki for the first hit. Couldn't find one for the second hit, so I just used their regular lineup for around that period.

    Boris Johnson

    It's up to 98 now.

    Academic Footnotes

Dorothy E. Smith (wiki), a prominent English-born Canadian sociologist, dead at 95 according to various tweets.

    By -Election Bingo 2019-2024

He can’t. Only in the parallel universe of “I’ve heard that Graham Brady blah blah blah” down the pub where barflies chat shite can he do that.

    Queen Elizabeth II

Very bitter and unfunny commentary. Has TQR hacked them?

    From Cleric To Relic

Facebook post reporting the death of Robert L. Backman, at the age of 100. The oldest authority in the Mormon Church is now its President, Russell M. Nelson, who turns 98 in a few months.

    The Dead of 2022

Just posts pure shite all the time. Surprised you haven’t noticed.

    Queen Elizabeth II

Indeed. She attended a beacon lighting service this evening after that announcement was made. I just think the palace is carefully considering how many engagements they give her.

    Queen Elizabeth II

I believe it was so they could move the end of May bank holiday to the start of June in order to produce a four day weekend, which makes more sense. Also, can't celebrate a Jubilee in winter! You need to factor in British weather.
