Updated for the death of Susan Jacks. Bit shocked to see her go before Terry Jacks (who suffered two strokes up to 2016) but now that I've Googled her name, I see that her ill health was also widely reported on. She should've been on our radar as she will get a QO. He's picked by two teams in the DDP, she's unpicked.

Barbara Hall MBE (wiki), agony aunt and crossword compiler for decades for The Sunday Times and The Daily Mail, allegedly dead at 99. QO guaranteed. Not picked in the DDP this year though. -
