There's another post on Facebook saying that he died in 1996, so I sincerely doubt that's accurate.

Satya Mohan Joshi was in hospital with pneumonia until he was discharged yesterday. New photo in that second article. Doesn't look like someone who's going to see 2023.

Cesar Yanes Urias please!

Wilbur Wong Yan Choy (wiki) was picked by me. Turns out he died on December 29, 2021, aged 103, but it was only announced on January 4, 2022.

I'm not saying it isn't news, but simply typing "hospitalised" isn't exactly clear what the story is about. If you say someone has been "hospitalised", ppl generally associate that phrase with a medical emergency of some kind... Glad I could be of some help.

People Who Are Dead According To Wikipedia...

Someone edited the page of John Keston (wiki) to say he had died today (13th Feb) aged 97, and then the same user deleted it later. May have made a mistake, or maybe they're conscious of jumping the gun before an obit is published? Keston was British but latterly lived in the States. He had a semi-notable career as a stage actor (though just one West End appearance) but is best known as a world-record breaking runner and masters athlete. He made headlines a couple of decades ago for his world records. Mentioned on the forum only once. Way back in 2006, by @maryportfuncity -
She's still living in County Durham as of 2022 according to the residency records. Years ago IMDb used to accept/add user written bios to profiles without checking the content. I imagine that's the case here. She would be a relatively big name to die off radar, even if she did retire decades ago.

Rugby is not my strong subject by any means but I think Evesham is an amateur club.

Ok. So which previously banned member are you? Pretty certain I've already clocked it.

Most of the deaths SC covers are pointless/random/non-notable/incredibly boring. Earlier it was Kobe Bryant’s widow’s dog. -

The Happy Birthday Thread

American actor Joe Don Baker is 86 today. Recognisable from Cool Hand Luke, Mars Attacks! and Cape Fear but most known for his roles in 3 Bond films – Whitaker in The Living Daylights and then Wade in GoldenEye and Tomorrow Never Dies. A pick for 3 teams in the DDP... -
Today is the 92nd birthday of Henry Lincoln. A very prolific British character actor (and author), and yet no public appearances since 2008 as far as I can tell. Anybody know anything more? @msc maybe, given his Doctor Who credits? For users outside the UK, this chap was basically responsible for Dan Brown writing The Da Vinci Code.

Asked about the situation of Muslims being held in concentration camps in China, his response was “well it’s not as bad as what’s happening in Gaza”. Whataboutery at its finest. Cares deeply for the Muslims of India, doesn’t have a bad word to say about the Chinese Communist Party. It’s as if he has some kind of hard left agenda. Funny that. Always thought he was a total crank tbh. Overrated and lauded as some kind of wise guru in the political science departments of every university in the western world.

Is there anything that doesn’t trigger you SC? Henry Danton was on our radars and YW scooped it pretty fast. That’s presumably why ppl liked it.

I'm referring to the TMZ reports. Not confirmed by the family themselves, but TMZ wouldn't have put it out in an article if there was a risk of it being incorrect at the risk of being sued. Anyway, you're deflecting. Where is the evidence of Montagnier dying of COVID? That is what you're implying. I'm accusing you of making it up, because that's what you want to be the case.
-
Yes there is. Meat Loaf was hospitalised with COVID-19 and died from complications of the disease. That was confirmed. But with Montagnier there's no details of his death whatsoever. Again, you're conflating facts from one case with speculation for another, in order for it to suit your narrative. No details on the cause of death of Montagnier at all. You're the conspiracist, not me.
-
You're accusing others of jumping to conclusions, and yet no cause of death for Montagnier has been issued... He was 89 and very frail. He could have died of heart failure in his bed for all we know. You have an agenda on here and you jump to conclusions and invent facts to fit your narrative. ... and accusing me of being provocative yesterday was hilarious. You're the most provocative poster on here.
