David Galliford (wiki), Bishop of Hulme (1975–1984) and Bolton (1984–1991) dead at 96. I forgot to include Ted Luscombe (wiki), 97, above. So him and Henry Moore (wiki), 98, are the last two surviving CoE bishops who served in WWII.

A little late with this one, but Maple, the dog of YouTuber AcousticTrench, who appeared in all of his videos, died in June, aged 12. Between YouTube and Facebook he had over 5 million subscribers. Not bad for a dog and a guitar!

Outstanding foresight @Sir Creep. Take a bow.

Maggie Smith interview from May. Turns 88 next year, but I reckon she's got another few left in her yet. Robbie Coltrane recorded message for a fan, again from May. Looks okay. I still don't think he'll see 80 though. For the record, couldn't find any recent clips of Michael Gambon. Make of that what you will.

Writes like Iain. Seems as gullible / imaginative as Iain. Are you Iain?

QO from the Mirror. That's the most expensive bag of cookies he ever bought...

When I lived in Aberdeen, there was an old guy in a cowboy hat (somewhat of a well known vagrant around those parts) who used to drink at my local. He used to sit at the bar all day and grumble things into his pint about politics, like "I don't trust any of the bastards", and "see me, I'm a fucking mercenary". Where were you in 2012? *shifty eyes*

I was wondering when the new series of The Undateables was due to start. These people are so middle class it's painful. Doubt they'd last 5 days on a hunger strike. Then again, considering they likely live on a diet of rabbit food most days, not eating anything won't seem too dissimilar.

Going to make this one easy for the conspiracists who now think she has some kind of hand cancer, by explaining this in the most dumbed down way possible. Look at the upper half of the photo, and now look at the bottom half of the photo. You'll notice that the cream/white walls are also a much darker shade where the lighting is poor. Likely due to no artificial lighting being present, and/or the windows of the room being higher up the wall/partially covered/curtains half closed etc. I might not be a pro, but I've committed myself to enough amateur photography to understand this is a normal effect. Lighting hugely affects how our skin and complexion appears in pictures.

Sir Ted Horlick died on 12th November, aged 96, according to a now reverted edit to his Wiki page. Can't find a death notice anywhere though.

Mike "Bones" Germesa, drummer for L.A. Guns from 1992 to 1994, dead from liver failure.

The Hollywood Reporter have the list of attendees to the HBO reunion, marking 20 years since the first film came out. Confirmed to be attending, so far: Christopher Columbus (director) Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) Robbie Coltrane (Rubeus Hagrid) Ralph Fiennes (Lord Voldemort) Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) Gary Oldman (Sirius Black) Imelda Staunton (Dolores Umbridge) James Phelps (Fred Weasley) Oliver Phelps (George Weasley) Mark Williams (Arthur Weasley) Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) Alfred Enoch (Dean Thomas) Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) Ian Hart (Professor Quirrell) Felton mysteriously collapsed whilst golfing in September 2021 and was taken to hospital. Coltrane has been ill for years, is wheelchair bound and seldom makes appearances. Perhaps their presence should be enough to rule them out for next year. Then again, James Michael Tyler appeared at the Friends reunion this year via Zoom, and he was dead 4 months later. Notably, J.K. Rowling has been snubbed, but that's more likely due to silly political reasons rather than anything else. Whilst HBO have said that other cast members will appear as surprises along the way, it's worthwhile noting who the omissions are for now: Michael Gambon (Professor Dumbledore #2) Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall) Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick / Griphook #2) Kenneth Branagh (Professor Lockhart) Brendan Gleeson (Mad-Eye Moody) Fiona Shaw (Aunt Petunia) Timothy Spall (Peter Pettigrew) David Thewlis (Remus Lupin) Emma Thompson (Professor Trelawney) Julie Walters (Molly Weasley) Miriam Margolyes (Professor Sprout) David Bradley (Filch) Toby Jones (Dobby) Leslie Phillips (The Sorting Hat) Pam Ferris (Aunt Marge) David Tennant (Barty Crouch Jr.) More may ofc announce they're attending later, but worth keeping a tab on these... Notable dead actors from the franchise so far... Richard Harris (Professor Dumbledore #1) Alan Rickman (Professor Snape) Richard Griffiths (Uncle Vernon) Robert Hardy (Cornelius Fudge) Verne Troyer (Griphook #1) Roger Lloyd Pack (Barty Crouch Sr.) Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy) John Hurt (Mr. Ollivander) (+ 28 others who are less notable)

Turns out Haste wrote Clarissa Eden's Guardian obit!

Always found him to be absolutely insufferable.

Philip Margo (wiki) of The Tokens dead at 79. His younger brother Mitch died in 2017, aged 70. Only one member still alive from the lineup that popularised one of the most annoyingly catchy songs in pop history.

What language are you speaking?

One of the other articles says she was the last of the "first generation of anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters" (whatever that means). She was interred in the Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery (wiki). First and only time I will compliment the North Koreans. They certainly bury their statesmen and war heroes with a touch of class.

Unless it's Carrie Johnson, who effectively runs the country and dictates policy.

Agreed. So far I can see The Telegraph, The Times and The Sun. The Guardian will no doubt have an obit on the way, yet no BBC coverage. 10 years ago this would've been a quick fire obit from Auntie. It's amazing how much that organisation lags behind the rest of the broader UK media nowadays.

Ian St. John Rush Limbaugh Carlos Menem Leon Spinks Larry King Murray Walker Beverly Cleary Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh Norman Lloyd Abdelaziz Bouteflika Jimmy Greaves Sarah Harding 12/50 Updated for the death of Harding. Thought I picked Eden but clearly not. I reckon I’ll get a 13th but no more. Pretty poor year. Thought I had a solid shadow list as well!
