Thanks YW. I used this source in the end as it gives a specific date (31 Aug). This gives a birth month/year of May 1944. I've also submitted Ian Gardiner. -
Cecil Souders (wiki), American NFL player (Detroit Lions, 47–49), dead at 100. There is one other centenarian NFLer still alive: Ken Casanega (wiki), b. Feb 1921, played for the San Fran 49ers.

Going to have to start checking the Instagram page of film historians Austin and Howard Mutti-Mewse more often because they seem to be in the know about everything that the media is not. I've only gone back through their posts from the last 2 months, and already I've found another 2 names whose deaths haven't been mentioned anywhere else. Firstly a big name. June Kenney (wiki). Known for her roles in b-movies around the 50s. Romantically linked with Rock Hudson (lol) and Tab Hunter (lol). The internet has her YOB as 1933. Looks like in reality she was born in 1930 and was 90 at the time of her death on June 25th 2021. Secondly, a more obscure one. Patricia Redpath (IMDb) had one title role (also her only credit it would seem) in the 1942 Western "Rodeo Rhythm". She died in Kansas City, Missouri in January 2021 at the age of 95. When time allows, I'll go through their older posts to see if there's any other notable mentions. As I said, these guys are in the know. Also broke the deaths of Patricia Marmont and Vera Fusek. Worth keeping a watchful eye on their page.

Submitted this one to IMDb. Will need to wait on a better source for Plummer-Andrews before I send that one. They accepted my updates for Ken Wales, Vera Fusek and Peggy Farrell as per the sources available.

Bill Sidwell (wiki) dead at 101 according to this FB post from a family friend: "Today I am sad to advise of the passing last week of Australia's, if not the world's oldest Davis Cup player, Bill Sidwell (101) Ranked #10 in the World in 1949 Not only a player, Bill joined Slazenger as a young lad back in the mid 1930's and stayed with them for 47 years. He was very considerate with his time to me as I would often ring him to talk about the racquets made for various players and some of the innovations that bobbed up in the 1930's. He was never short on good stories about his time in the game and travelling around the world........ Miss you Bill. Best wishes to son Terry and family." EDIT: There's a death notice on this site here.

Bobigny City Hall have no death record for this person. Robert Young explains here that the case is likely a disappeared person scenario whereby the person has been officially declared dead. Supposedly not all that rare. There's a list of other such cases here. So likely the individual in question died years ago.

Updating this list 8.5 years later for @dean1991. The eight oldest names on it are gone. Katsumi Tezuka would be 109 years old today if he was still living. It's widely accepted that he must've died in obscurity. A year from today he'll be dead enough for Wiki standards, unless he magically springs up on the Japanese supercentenarian list! Furuhate is another one who fell into obscurity. Could very well be dead?

George S. Vest (wiki), U.S. Ambassador to the E.U. (1981–1985) dead at 102. Washington Post obit. His successor to the post was J. William Middendorf (wiki), who was also Secretary of the Navy under Nixon and Ford. He turns 97 next month.

Curious to know if Earl Cochell is still alive? He’d be 99 now. He was banned for life then fell off the radar though remains a talking point online. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earl_Cochell

Bit of a surprise. 9 years ago last month the photo below. The Queen walked out to the Olympic Stadium accompanied by Prince Philip and Rogge, both gone now. She also sat near the then Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams (now 71). He retired from the House of Lords last year. Still makes the odd appearance but iirc there have been some heath rumours floating around? I wonder...

Kudos is yours. Updated. Another blank filled in. I may get in contact with the author if I choose to do more with this project. I've pretty much parked it for now as got too much going on elsewhere.

Updated for the death of Lee "Scratch" Perry. Aston Barrett and Jackie Jackson are definitely still with us. Kudos to anyone who can find out what happened to drummer Hugh Malcolm though.

Ida Keeling dead on Twitter…

@YoungWillz I’ll take a look at it when I get some time after the weekend. As OoO says, it should stick but there are some really pedantic editors on there who hate “original research”.
