Jack B. Weinstein (wiki) dead at 99 (EU blocked). Was the oldest living federal judge in the U.S. That accolade now goes to Joseph Wilson Morris (wiki), also 99. Notably, his death leaves just one federal judge alive who was appointed by President Lyndon B. Johnson. That's Walter Nixon (wiki), 92, who was eventually impeached and removed from office.

How do you know that's the same person? According to news articles, he was born in 1923, so different person?

Why don’t you just do the sensible thing – use the search function to see if it’s already been posted? If it hasn’t then post it yourself. If it has, then quote the original post if you want to discuss it further. There’s no point in double posting everything. Not trying to be a dick to you… you’d actually save yourself a lot of time.

It’s not weird. It’s the English language Wikipedia, so there’s a disproportionate number of bios of people from English speaking countries, particularly America. -
Photo is from 2012 when he was 88.

I did the initial update on the IMDb page. The info came from the full Oscars In Memoriam list here. That’s a reliable source to say he’s dead by Wiki standards so not sure why it hasn’t been updated.

Updated for the death of jazz guitarist and banjo player Tony Pitt, who died back in January, aged 79. Mention here (with DOD and correct age) and news article here. Whole charting act now deceased.
-
Another off the radar death – Peter Johnson, bass player for The Moontrekkers, died aged 75 in January from COVID, as reported by his family on social media. A Joe Meek act but pretty obscure so no press coverage.
-
Updated entry for the death of Kjeld Wennick, aged 76. Died a year ago but it's only come to my attention now (I'm running through all the acts to see who's been missed).

Telegraph death notice for John Roper-Curzon, 20th Baron Teynham (wiki), aged 92. Conservative member of the House of Lords from 1972 to 1999.

Updated for the death of B. J. Thomas. His only UK hit AFAIK.
-
Thats exactly what I was thinking actually.

Times obituary for Freda Hodgson, aged 107, who was noted as being one of the oldest people in the UK to survive COVID-19 back in May. Ran a tea room in Rhodesia back in the day and once cooked for the Queen. Also the only person of the aristocracy to have ever been listed on the "Oldest in Britain" website (which tracks people aged 107+ in the UK).

Daily Star obit. Mirror obit. "Long and terrible illness"... hmmmmmm...
-
Never mentioned on the Forum before surprisingly... Violetta Elvin, Russian prima ballerina and actress, dead at 96. A "rival" of Dame Margot Fonteyn (1919–1991).

T. M. Kaliannan (wiki) supposedly dead at 100. Indian politician and the last living member of India's first parliament (1950–1952). Bad year for India. Losing loads of their famous centenarians. Just a handful left now. -
Updated both the 60s and 70s lineups for The Cuff Links following the death of saxophonist Pat Rizzo, who later played with Sly & the Family Stone and War. Got to be more of these guys who are dead but information on them is scarce.
-
Updated for the death of Pilkington-Miksa.
-
Updated list for the deaths of Wolff and Warner. 27 names remaining (there were 41 in January 2020 when I started this list).

Indian independence activist H. S. Doreswamy (wiki) has died aged 103 from cardiac arrest. Just 13 days ago he was bragging to every Indian news outlet about how he had just defeated COVID.
