They likely confused him with Tub-a-shite Jerry Falwell or Oral Roberts. Oh how we don't miss them.

No need to apologise! I think most people outside the States are conscious of the fact that Hollywood types and their shenanigans (Bill Cosby, Mel Gibson, Felicity Huffman, Kevin Spacey, Markle et al.) are not representative of the wider U.S. population, the majority of whom I will add are very good hearted people whose company is an absolute pleasure.

People Who Are Dead According To Wikipedia...

It was taken off of Wiki for a while but Aveleyman and IMDb are now going with it. It's almost certainly true. If you click the "geolocate" on the IP who made the original edit, it shows they're based in Antioch, California. If you go to Clustrmaps and looking up "Martin Brill" then there's about a dozen results, one of them being an 88 year old man who lives in Antioch, California. Brill was another from the Mary Taylor Moore Show cast then, and also the Ed Sullivan Show. Off radar. Hollywood Reporter, where are ya? -
I think this page was ill conceived, thought with the best of intentions, when it was set up. I believe the Tuskegees still existed by the end of the late 40s so it's likely there are 100s still about!

Renée Doria (wiki), French operatic soprano, has died less than a month after turning 100.

As long suspected (and reported on noticeboards before without any evidence) Silas Hathaway IS dead. He died in 2017 aged 97 or 98 so didn't make the centenary in 2019. Someone explains it on this Voy page, with supporting evidence attached. So there are just three silent era actors alive now – Kornman and the two Watson brothers.

Yes, 1911 a little stronger. Fauja (though yes, he's an annoying one. I don't like fraudulent cases), the other three you already mentioned and there's also former Costan Rican First Lady Marita Camacho Quiros (who doesn't have a Wiki page to my knowledge which is why you may have missed her. @arghton mentioned her earlier as she turns 110 tomorrow. 1912 – there's 4 to my knowledge. Jessie Lichauco, Dagny Carlsson, Louise Horne and Draja Mickaharic. Mickaharic had a Wiki page a few years back then it was deleted for lack of sources. I had strong doubts that he was still alive then I checked Facebook last month where there are other spiritual/psychic authors claiming that he's still alive and they reference his upcoming 109th birthday in April. I have wondered if they actually know that or if he's just died off radar and they assume he's alive. I have one of his books in my house (and no I don't practice witchcraft or magic, but I do find the history and context of it fascinating!). -

Indian writer G. Venkatasubbiah (wiki) and American Pulitzer Prize-winning journo Vance Trimble (wiki) are still alive. That's it though I believe. The three 1913 amigos. I tend to agree with @drol, Venkatasubbiah will probably be the last. Though Pahor is still a media staple... -

What is the point in reading it twice? If you want a complete list of Deaths in 2021, there’s a Wiki page for that Toast.

Patience my dear arghton. Rome wasn't built in a day. -
Anything that Janey Godley puts out is the worst attempt at "comedy" I've ever seen.

Another for the list. (Not a new name by any means, just someone we missed as it's a historical case). Jacob Luitjens (wiki), Dutch Nazi collaborator, deported from Canada in the 1990s. Turned 100 in 2019. 102 next month.

People Who Are Dead According To Wikipedia...

Someone just edited the Wiki page of American businessman and philanthropist Carl J. Shapiro (wiki) to say he died yesterday, 7th March, aged 108. I'm inclined to believe it given that this is what he looked like in March 2016, 5 years ago! One of the victims of Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme that scammed Shapiro's charity organisation out of $145 million! Sadly, old Madoff (83 next month) survives him. -

Doesn't look very funny judging from his Wikipedia infobox picture. More so the type of clown who would call you up anonymously and say "I want to play a little game". -
I even quoted you.

That's a weird page – I used to contribute to it years ago as the International Bridge names started falling off, then it quickly became clear that there were many many more out there than first thought. New names are often added to that list periodically, BUT they are just the ones who have been mentioned by sites online somewhere. In reality there will be many more people who fought in the Spanish Civil War still alive. Still a few years left to go before we'll realistically be down to the "last" bunch from that conflict.
