Got all of that I'm afraid and still nothing. I must've spent half an hour on Ancestry for her alone and nothing. Similar problem to Buddy Wheller, it's the missing forename. I think hers may be Maria as there is a Maria G. Panabianco born around the same time she would have been, but I can't find a source online to match it to.

I've revised Carlton's age from c. 1939 to c. 1941 as this link seems more trusty than Wikipedia. Sadly Ancestry turns up everything and nothing. Lattimore is a popular surname in NJ. Willie Davis born circa 1940 similar problems. I've just finished "G" on page one. A few problems, not too many.

Very helpful work this. Found this awesome blog, confirms Bermani is deceased. I went to Ancestry, and used Los Angeles (put his DOB as 1935 +/- years as that is the span of the DOBs of all the other members), there is only one record for a Michael Bermani anywhere in the States meeting this criteria, never mind California. He was born 1/12/36 in CA and died 10/4/87 in MI. His notes also mention that he went by "Mike". Clyde Gordon Clanton was born 11/12/39, in the same part of south Louisiana as his brother Jimmy as per Ancestry. He died 9/6/2004, which matches your find on that link. Changed Wheeler to Wheller. Now, Jim Horn, Jimmy Troxel and Duane Eddy himself are still alive. So this leaves Wheller as the only one with a question mark over his head. We just need to know his real first name.

Odd timing. I added them to page one of the UK Singles Chart thread only yesterday. I found the same thing. They're all alive (unless any of them have died off radar).

Scrap the digging. Here's a report on his 100th birthday from the TV2000 Facebook page. Facebook also reveals posts about his death this morning, quite a few of them from people who seem to know a thing or two about Italian cinema. We wait... -

Looked his name up in Ancestry. Nothing – not that Ancestry has many good mainland European records anyway, but the fact that absolutely zilch comes up suggested to me it could be a stage name(?) Anyway, a little bit of digging on Google Books returns a book result from 1957: "FRANCIOLO Armando, attore, n. a Roma il 21 ottobre 1919 da Riccardo e da Domenica Oliveiri, Roma, viale 4 venti 126." So DOB seems to be correct, and there are the parents names not found on IMDb or either English or Italian Wiki. Is Oliveiri his real surname or the mother's maiden name? This is the extent of my research skills. If anyone here knows a site that holds the Italian birth/death records they may be able to locate him. I'm still surprised that he's faded to obscurity and potentially died off radar. He seems to have been quite a big actor in Italy in his day. -

There are photos of him from the early 2000s and he made quite a few acting appearances. I wonder if he could have really died in obscurity? -
Family member reporting him dead on Twitter. This was also posted by Simon Garbutt on Facebook: "I'm sorry to announce that James Garbutt, who played Ronson in Genesis of the Daleks, has died aged 94. Ronson, a Kaled scientist, was (following the Whovian timeline's logic) the first living being to be exterminated by a dalek, although they had of course appeared (and exterminated other beings) in earlier stories."

@YoungWillz Crunched these through Ancestry. Found a Lillian Walker, Jamaica NYC born 3/3/1944. When you change the surname to Moss the same records come up through Ancestry. On FB, she says "for my birthday this year" in a fundraising post in mid-Feb so I guess she was posting about it early. I've added the full date to her bio details. Carolyn "Carol" Johnson... this is harder and I've left it blank for now. There is an Ancestry family tree for a Carolyn Ann Johnson born in Hartford, Connecticut 9/11/1945 and died 7/3/2007 in Amityville, New York. The attached record says she was African American and the Family Tree suggests they moved to Queens as this is where the mother died. Is it possible that sources online have her death wrong and she died 7/3 and not 7/5? Probably. Still not concrete enough for me to add though so will leave it for now.

Italian actor Armando Francioli dead at 100. -
Cheers YW, I’ll have a look through Ancestry tomorrow when at my desk. I was able to find Walker’s FB page from the full name you’ve given. She was born in Feb. Still can’t find a full date. Seems like a lovely woman judging from her posts. Sadly suffering from a rare form of cancer and in and out of hospital.

GUN, I had it in early March. I went on a night out with a group of people working in Westminster/Whitehall and we all came down with symptoms a week later. I didn’t post anything on here as I didn’t want ppl to put me in a sweepstake I’m an asthmatic too. The symptoms lasted 8 days for me but only two days were “bad” (ie refusing to move from the couch, refusing to talk to anyone, and watching nothing but re-runs of Supermarket Sweep and Bullseye on Challenge). You’ll be fine. There’s an upside to it too – at the end of your bedstay you’ll have a spring in your step and a new lease of life. Let us know when you’re on the mend!

D and E finally completed on Page One. No longer going to list lengthy round ups as this is already a time consuming exercise. There are plenty of gaps though, especially in E. Any help would be much appreciated!

I think this was settled the other year when a link was posted somewhere to an interview with Rusty Goffe saying that himself Dixon and Wilkinson were the last three still living. I think one or two of the others are missing bio details on IMDb too. Likely that appearing in the film was a one off role for them and they died in obscurity. Quite a few of them were pretty old at the time it was filmed as well. -

Leaves Rusty Goffe, 71, and Albert Wilkinson, 82, as the only surviving actors to have portrayed oompa loompas in WWATCF. All three should obit I imagine? -
“I didn’t have the cough bad. I didn’t have a temperature or anything like that.” So in other words he didn’t have it and is just after a little press attention.

He recovered after seven days in isolation then returned to the States. There was some fake news going round about him not doing well.

*according to a tweet from his own daughter.

What makes you think California and New York have peaked? The UK entered lockdown before the States, and even now the States hasn't gone into as strict a quarantine. As of today there have been about 15,000 deaths in the States. Just a week ago that number was 5,000. The number of new cases doesn't seem to be shrinking in the States either, only in the statistics because they're now focussing testing rather than granting it to everyone. Also don't know why you think Tokyo will have it significantly bad. Only 93 people have died in Japan thus far and the virus was an issue in their country before it was in most other places...
-
I like your thinking
-
On a separate note, there has been a distinct lack of notable names who have died from COVID-19 in the last 48 hours (bar John Prine, but we already knew he was very sick). Have the notable deaths from the virus peaked?
-
Ellen DeGenerate upsetting people by comparing lockdown in her $27 million mansion to being in prison. A Boomer, she turned 62 in January. Oh where’s instant karma when you need it?
-
Well that was a short lived possibility for next year. Dead as per YW's post in Foreign Personalities.

The person posting these updates is requesting space and privacy yet seems to be sensationalising it themselves. Their post yesterday made it sound like something was gravely wrong (like terminal cancer, coma etc.). Now we're being told he's undergoing tests and he was on the phone having a chit chat earlier? They would've been just as well keeping it to themselves and not posting anything online at all.

Daily Mail reporting the death of Sir Peter Viggers, aged 82 (best to search his name as it is only mentioned in a small section half way down the page). There is a notice in The Times which states he died back on 19th March, but because it's paywalled and then some, I can't link to it. He was of course, the Tory MP (Gosport, 1974–2010) who was exposed during the wider Expenses Scandal of 2008. He tried to claim £1645 on a duck island for his pond.
