Update: Bingo! Her name is actually Audrey A. Cornett. Found her marriage to Andrew McLuckie White from 1962 in Liverpool here: The reverse of it here: Edit: And here is her birth. "Ann A. Cornett" born 3rd quarter 1936 in Liverpool. She flipped the names. Evidently doesn't want to be found!!

This one just gets more and more bizarre as well. I've used all the alternative spellings on her discogs page and nothing comes up between 1931 and 1945 in the birth index... She clearly wasn't born under this name. I'll add "1936 or 1940" to page 1 in the meantime.

Had a look on Ancestry... David Waite is possibly dead. < Sadly doesn't list a DOB so dubious if this is him or not David Kelsey is dead. Found some Alan Beach records. Looks like he's either still living or emigrated because he hasn't died here.

The Collins Complete UK Hit Singles book says she was born in New York City in 1936. Couldn't find anything more online. Yeah, it's consuming a lot of my free time! D has been quite successful. Just two "total blanks" – Charles Dickens (aka David Anthony) and Kenny Damon. E is proving to be a nightmare though... loads of obscure "low hit" wonders!

This is brilliant, all three! Just shows how much you can uncover if you keep digging. I wonder how many sleeves of that era were this detailed? I don't think any of my LPs have detailed bios on them!

Link mentions a middle name too, which I thought would be useful. Sadly there's nothing coming up in the GRO

    Prince Philip Duke Of Edinburgh

Doubtful. I imagine his death will be made public within the space of an hour or two after it occurs. There's a process in place for this death called "Operation Forth Bridge". The Prime Minister is notified first and then an official announcement will be made by the Palace. I imagine the BBC will be first to break it.

Thanks YW, would've been helpful if I had spelt it right! I found his business page on FB. Born 15 Sep. So added that too.

Hero! At least that's his birth sorted and we can work from there. Ancestry has this record but spells it as Primino for some reason. See here. Any help?

Okay, finally finished the letter B! (please see page one). Finding some parts of this fun and interesting, others incredibly tedious, but I'll get through the whole thing eventually. Help needed with... Rose Brennan, Irish singer born 1931... but is she still living??? Can't find anything recent on her. Joe Brown and the Bruvvers, Most of us know Joe Brown but not so much the band. I've left notes on this listing because I can't seem to determine which members appeared on the hits. Very annoying when this happens! Tommy Bruce and The Bruisers, UK group. Can't find bio details for Dave Mountney, also member Bobby Coral (real name John Shipp) is dead but I don't have a date for this (likely in the 2010s though). The Bystanders, UK group. Missing bio details for two members, missing full birth and death details for another two. Will start C over the weekend.
