Operation Yewtree(Including Alleged) Death Predictor
Ulitzer95 replied to RobertMugabe's topic in DeathList Forum
I really think this thread is setting a bad precedent, especially seeing as some of these names were proven innocent or weren't even formally charged in the end. Deadpooling is a game of predicting death, not celebrating it. We're not the Westboro Baptist Church. -

Depends what he gets it for. He's done a lot since WWII according to his bio. He was a Tory local councillor, worked in the health and education services too. In brief - spent a lot of time dedicated to the state sector. "Services to public life"? I'd say he's more worthy of it than quite a few people who are bestowed honours.
-
I agree. Surely he would have received military honours at the time. Just because he's the last one, doesnt warrant a knighthood. He only currently has a DFM (Distinguished Flying Medal) which isn't anything particularly special (about 7000 men were awarded them in WWII alone...)
-
If you read about Johnny Johnson's life I'd say he's done enough to merit an honour of some kind. Maybe not a knighthood though.

Listen Bob, we've seen the video evidence that you and Idi were good mates so give the act up, yeah? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYnL5oUePM8

Considering your first wife is dead and six feet underground I guess she did go pretty low.

Webster was interviewed in July 2016. http://www.insidetoronto.com/news-story/6783161-former-new-york-rangers-player-chick-webster-95-hoping-to-renew-acquaintances-with-former-willow/

Video showing a , meeting with the bruins pre-winter classic, led me to look into Schmidt's health. Apparently, he was in quarantine at his nursing home last year after a bout with illness. Other than that, not much, but I hope he has enough fight to keep him around a while yet.Second on that list to Schmidt was Boston Bruin Eddie Barry, who according to Wiki died Feb 12. I find nothing on Google so take it at face value.SC https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eddie_Barry_(ice_hockey) Edit: from what I can tell, Chick Webster moves into the #2 slot now. Jim Conacher #3 Leo Reise Jr #4. Report here that Milt Schmidt has died: https://twitter.com/ShawnHutcheon/status/816741228129742848 Nothing up on the Bruins website afaik. Interesting. Think he may have been the last NHL player born in the 1910s. Do we have any idea who the oldest is now?

This sound paragraph is ridiculous the cult weren't doing anything illegal at first except for doing drugs which is a area in LA was very common. The other part of this paragraph is ridiculous too. So what if he showed signs of being a psycopath they can't just imprison him for that, many people who are psycopaths never commit crimes. I said mental illness, not a psychopath. He's not just psychotic. Watch his interviews. It's bloody clear that he suffers from a mental illness. Anyway, it took 9 murders until they were eventually tracked down and caught. And even before then, they were committing other "lesser" crimes and getting away with them, so you're wrong - it was a failure of the authorities of the time.
-
Probably going to get condemned for this but I really won't take any joy to see him go. In the case of Manson, with any interview you watch of him, it's clear to see that he's absolutely 100% bonkers and reading into the past he had, and his troubled upbringing (probably coupled with undiagnosed mental health issues in an age where we didn't understand them), I can even find a degree of sympathy. If anything I feel more pissed off that his cult activities were largely ignored by authorities and that he wasn't stopped and institutionalised when the telltale signs were there and instead he went on to unleash a series of atrocities and it wasn't stopped until it was far too late. Sad really. Entire life squandered then dies behind bars.

I dropped 3 hints on Sir Gerald, who will not see the middle of the year. Opportunity thrown away.

Re: Sir Gerald Kaufman MP Spoke to one of my Mancunian Labour friends today on the phone and asked why he had been absent from Parliament since mid-May. He confirmed to me that he's "gravely ill". I'll give him a month.

The bigger question is why were you reading the Birmingham Mail? http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/showbiz-tv/celebrities-died-2016-david-bowie-12337726

He died back in June and it was posted on DL at the time...

I noticed that someone edited his page on Wiki 2 days ago to say that he had died. I assumed it was petty vandalism so didn't bother posting on the Dead According to Wiki thread. Whoops.

It's possible that it was a misdiagnosis. Perhaps it was some other kind of cardiac episode or something related to angina? Also possible that the amount of time she wasn't breathing for has been exaggerated somewhat. Maybe the lesson to be learnt is the media aren't always correct...

I don't think we should waste our time either considering Fisher for Deathlist 2017 or bother with a sweepstake until we give it another 24 hours or so to see how she develops. Heart attacks and strokes work very differently for everyone. Time is crucial of course, but so is the way in which a particular person's body responds. Some people can take a hammering over the years and they can repeatedly pull through a number of them. Some are out for the count after one. BUT many people survive an initial heart attack. I think we ought to wait.
