Be wary, mind, there's a record (no pun intended) of Christmas heartbreak stories that come to nowt in terms of coverage when the person in question dies. Rachel Jones a few years ago, terminally ill cancer mum, two pages to herself in the Daily Mail etc, died months later and didn't merit a points-scoring article/obit anywhere. Yes, it seems to be a bit of a theme. Dying makes news but death doesn't unless you're famous...

In terms of deathlist/ dead pool possibilities at this crucial time of year, this is positively whoring yourself...

If the ruling is made before Dec 31st then if he is executed you don't get points. If he dies any other way, you do get points. If the ruling is made after Dec 31st then if he is executed you do get points but not the unnatural points bonus.
