Hmm, I 've lived through quite a bit of the Ceaucescu regime, it was a bit of a white spot on the map of Eastern Europe[1]. Rarely in the news and best known as a producer of discus throwers and weight lifters full of steroids. I've never heard of this fellow. The rules say that it doesn't have to be a proper write up obit, just a notice of death. Besides, most news is made up of cobbled together agency crap anyway... Unless of course there is a definite rule, that a hit has to counted when there is a proper obit write up in the main (usually) broadsheet papers....

Initially, cancer. Now has a form of dementia, I'm led to believe. No idea if the cancer has been beaten, but I know he was having treatment for it a few years back. What I do know for sure is the fact that he is on a permament leave of absence from the House of Lords due to ill health, one of only a compartively small amount who are. You might be quids in this year Octo....
