Former England, Burnley & Manchester United player John Connelly has died aged 74. He played in England's opening game in the 1966 World Cup, but was dropped after the 0-0 draw with Uruguay. That was his last cap.

I'm not sure why you'd need an additional source, whether it be HP or anything else, but as you're in charge, its entirely up to you.

Well I know for fact he once had a problem with a mole... I had a problem with a mole a few years ago. It made a terrible mess of my garden. Whoooooooooosh...........

Aye, an odd one this. Had she died, UK obit chances marginal at best. But the noteriety, her book deal etc might boost those. Though, she's currently "beaten" it, hasn't she? Her profile's been raised high enough for this.

Whilst acting on this information and adding Robert Stigwood to my database I found Beryl Vertue but she is another of these elusive people whose birthdate is not common knowledge. I do not think she is a good pick for 2013 as on the Sherlock DVD extras she comes across as fit and well but when she does go her association with Sherlock and Stephen Moffatt (Mother-in-law) will guarentee an obit. Does anybody know how old she is? Wikipedia has her as a schoolfriend of Alan Simpson, born 27-11-29, which makes him fast approaching 83. So I'd say she was somewhere in that region.

I'm not sure it's necessary to get into this level of detail about one's masturbatory antics..... Did you know Emmanuelle was directed by Just Jaeckin*? He's also been responsible for Histoire d'O, Lady Chatterleys Lover and other adolescent masturbatory material erotic cinematic masterpieces. * Its probably not pronounced the way it looks

I wouldn't say it was impossible, you could die after flailing around for several days assuming no one came to your aid You could design a nail gun, that's designed to automatically sense where your hands and feet are, just set it off by remote control. Think I'd opt for something slightly more humane You don't have to be nailed to the cross; tying would work equally well Then again, thats not entirely solving the problem...

Debbie Reynolds has been hospitalised following a bad reaction to medication. Prognosis is apparently good, but she's cancelled all her appearances for the next 3 months. As an aside, I'm surprised she's not been mentioned as a DL candidate since 2006; and I'm astonished that no-one's picked her for the DDP this year. There can't be many high-profile 80 year-olds keeping off the radar so consistently.

What, you mean this Olga Powell?

Paddy Roy Bates hasn't actually lived on Sealand for quite a bit. He retired to Spain a few years ago leaving Roughs Tower in the hands of caretakers. If he lives in Spain now then there's a good chance he owns a swimming pool. It could be so ironic if he drowns in a 8m x 3m area of water, rarther than all the time he lived 50m above the English Channel. His Highness has died. BBC report, which will no doubt please Their Royal Deadness or O'Deary Leader.

Assassinating Roger Federer doesn't seem to be a very good threat. He always comes across quite well and difficult to dislike in contrast to some other tennis players I will not mention. But they are hoping it is only an oral threat! Plus he's Swiss, they generally don't do much to merit being assassinated He's a tennis player, and a pretty high-profile one; if you're going to exterminate tennis, its as good a place to start as any.

Former Express columnist Peter Tory has died aged 73. I seem to remember a saying about a good Tory.... Coincidentally, he was also one of the contributors to the William Hickey column.

Alain Robert AKA Spider-Man
time replied to harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy's topic in DeathList Forum
I suggested him for DL back in 2007. May even have had him on DDP or HDP. Can't actually remember. But according to this BBC report it's incredibly dangerous to try that sort of thing and people who do tend to die. Could end up the most spectacular DDP hit yet... Or the biggest damp squib - postponed - again.
