Debbie Reynolds has been hospitalised following a bad reaction to medication. Prognosis is apparently good, but she's cancelled all her appearances for the next 3 months. As an aside, I'm surprised she's not been mentioned as a DL candidate since 2006; and I'm astonished that no-one's picked her for the DDP this year. There can't be many high-profile 80 year-olds keeping off the radar so consistently.

What, you mean this Olga Powell?

Paddy Roy Bates hasn't actually lived on Sealand for quite a bit. He retired to Spain a few years ago leaving Roughs Tower in the hands of caretakers. If he lives in Spain now then there's a good chance he owns a swimming pool. It could be so ironic if he drowns in a 8m x 3m area of water, rarther than all the time he lived 50m above the English Channel. His Highness has died. BBC report, which will no doubt please Their Royal Deadness or O'Deary Leader.

Assassinating Roger Federer doesn't seem to be a very good threat. He always comes across quite well and difficult to dislike in contrast to some other tennis players I will not mention. But they are hoping it is only an oral threat! Plus he's Swiss, they generally don't do much to merit being assassinated He's a tennis player, and a pretty high-profile one; if you're going to exterminate tennis, its as good a place to start as any.

Former Express columnist Peter Tory has died aged 73. I seem to remember a saying about a good Tory.... Coincidentally, he was also one of the contributors to the William Hickey column.

It hasn't even arrived in OoO's neck of the woods. New one on me too, but through the power of Google I have learned that shes quite big in the Daily Mail.

Alain Robert AKA Spider-Man
time replied to harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy's topic in DeathList Forum
I suggested him for DL back in 2007. May even have had him on DDP or HDP. Can't actually remember. But according to this BBC report it's incredibly dangerous to try that sort of thing and people who do tend to die. Could end up the most spectacular DDP hit yet... Or the biggest damp squib - postponed - again. -

WTF??? Winner of the 'random post of the month' award. Surely the correct response to the post is 'Already reported two posts above'. -

...And Al Davis died just 3 days later in 2011. More relevant would be the death of Dennis Ritchie on the same day

A quick consult of IMDb shows a list of guest performers as long as your arm, including one G Glitter (though she's maybe the wrong demographic for him). She also says she was 'once groped', which suggests that it wasn't by a regular face on the show. The guest list also includes 'Kissing the Pink' <make up your own joke here>.

The odds on the Toskvig grope Evens = Lenny Peters (and Lee) 6-4 = George Shearing, jazz pianist 20-1 = Stevie Wonder You get my drift! Where does she say she was groped by a bloke?

John Peel = BBC at it's best. So it is obvious that the Daily Mail want to damage his reputation. Because they are insane... Also, John Peel is dead, so they can more or less say what they like about him without fear of repercussions.

Jim now regretted calling the firemen nancy-boys who liked playing with big hoses. (The story, in case you missed it)

Historian Eric Hobsbawm has died aged 95 after a long illness.

Bob Godfrey, just to keep my 100% inaccuracy intact.

Nope, still no bells ringing. Edit to add: My heart skipped a beat when I saw the headline 'Katy Perry's Ex'; there was a brief flicker of hope that it was really that twat Brand

Not knowing who Ryan Buell is, I googled him - the second hit is this report in the Daily Mail from barely a month ago. If you're looking for an obit, that's the place to look. One of the links on that page shows former 'Happy Days' actress Erin Moran looking rather rough, describing her as 'homeless and destitute'.Apparently she likes to 'party hard'.

Better get used to losing him.
