I hope Brian Murphy makes it to 90, because have you ever seen a more DeathList-y name?

Being as at any given moment on a full Sky package (or £10-a-month bootleg IPTV video hookup) there are seven separate true crime documentaries broadcasting, I'm kinda serial killer-ed out at the moment, but I'll definitely tune in for this. Nilsen was almost the most fascinating British serial killer to me, just because, as it says in that article, he was so fucking boring. Although him killing victims with their own headphone wires as they were listing to War of the Worlds is kinda funny.

Tony Osoba (McLaren), Christopher Biggins (Lukewarm), David Jason (Blanco) and Patricia Brake (Ingrid) are the only people credited on more than one episode of Porridge still alive. Steve Ismay (very much an "oh that guy" classic) was in two episodes but was only credited in one.

Navid Afkari, the Iranian political protester and freestyle wrestler whose imprisonment got the attention of Donald Trump and Dana White, has been hanged.

You'd assume from that video footage we're talking in the 100s of deaths in Beirut today. Local terrorism? Israel? Incompetence?

Thinking about getting a T-shirt featuring the "Carsini Wines" logo from the classic "LIQUID FILTH" episode of Columbo. Thoughts?

Napoli chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis (son of DL alum Dino) diagnosed with it, and apparently attended a meeting of Serie A chairmen despite showing symptoms beforehand.

I've long been of the opinion the best way to see if these kinds of figures are still alive is to check YouTube comments sections for "this is my uncle/cousin/old science teacher!" posts. There's two under one of Tommy's videos here:

What's weird is that there was recently a short film made about Quickley/Quigley starring some guy from Outlander, but a brief reading of press materials doesn't mention whether he's alive, dead, or even if they bothered trying to find out.
-
There was some reference to him being in poor health earlier this year when he claimed the treasure had been "found", right?

Basically, I decided to go for the "get one in each category" ploy. Unfortunately so did a lot of other people, negating it as a tactic. This will be won by a three uniques player.

Tina Kanarek, who lipsynched Jack White's uncredited vocals in the video for "Danger! High Voltage" by Electric Six, a 2002 #2 single, died in 2006 completely off the radar.

If I ever get terminal cancer I can guarantee you that instead of running marathons and raising money for charity I'll spend my final months low-effort posting to this forum, playing Football Manager as semi-pro Israeli teams and watching Victorious repeats on Nickelodeon with IMDB permanently open to check how old each actress was during filming.

Listening to a podcast and out of nowhere they mentioned John Paul Shellnut, former head roadie for ZZ Top and one of Billy Bob Thornton's best friends, had a stroke and isn't doing too well. QO odds middling.

# Remember when someone threw a statuette of Milan Cathedral at him? Great times.

Twitter reporting the death of anarchist activist/theorist/anthropologist David Graeber, who coined the term "the 99%" during his time in Occupy Wall Street and wrote the 2018 best-seller Bullshit Jobs on the theory that 2/3 of all jobs have no reason to exist.

Another wrestling journo bites the dust: Casey Michael of SquaredCircleSirens dead at 26. Had been ill for a long time and was floating around around the bottom of my longlists because he was pretty influential in the women's wrestling scene and there's the chance he might scrape a QO after some WWE wrestlers tweet about his death. His passing has already been marked by Charlotte Flair, Carmella, Peyton Royce and Mia Yim so... we'll see.

Other than the rape, this will be his legacy imho:

So glad nobody else realised he was in Casino Royale.

Can think of few careers you're more likely to find wrong'uns in than "warm up comedian".
