Always try and play a few click-and-point games around Xmas, and for a guy brought up on LucasArts, I absolutely fucking loved Jenny LeClue.- 113 replies

To my mind there's two theme team leagues. The one that's on the site, and the moral one: the most correct picks from the smallest possible field.

Missed this at the time, can't believe I did. Calling him a "serial killer" is very, very kind to him. He was one of the so-called "Toolbox Killers" who recorded audio footage of them raping and torturing their victims. The tapes are allegedly used to desensitise FBI agents during training.

Good ol' boy Tracey Smothers gets into your 2020 considerations with a good ol' bout of lymphoma.

RIP to the first black guy your gran wasn't racist about.

Surprisingly short battle with ALS for Ron Hogg, who has died aged 68. Presumably would have been on a couple of 2020 DDP outfits.

Keir Starmer with a wimmin as chancellor and John McDonnell still in cabinet as a BIG BEAST also serving as a sop to the momentum lot would work. So obviously we'll end up with RLB as leader, someone from the right of the party as deputy and Richard Burgon as the Labour party's media spokesman.

Sir Thomas Pearson, who was, until his death, the oldest living British full general, has died aged 105. DDP pick and here's the QO.

Our boy 6ix9ine is being released from jail within the next 72 hours according to reports. I'm sure he'll have a nice warm reception from the streets.

Philip Osondu, player of the tournament at the 1987 U17 World Cup (when it was still called the U16 World Championship) dead at 48. Never made it big as a professional, like so many other players who won the equivalent award at other tournaments - most notably his fellow countryman who won it in 1991, Nii Lamptey.

Is he going to be the 'new John Smith' in more ways than one?

There's an absolutely fantastic "would never have obitted ten years ago" name that's a cert right now, but I'm 99% sure they won't make the starting line. Just a heads up.... -

Kind of guy who would have become a DL mainstay had he made it to his 90s.
