Kerr's 1992 novel "A Philosophical Investigation" was given away free with a 1996 copy of Esquire with Gillian Anderson on the cover, the first men's magazine I ever bought. Little backhistory on me for you there. -

Nagasaki wrestled mainly for ASW, not Joint Promotions with the Crabtrees. Don't make me start an argument for Crabtree being a super-worker.
