The Fringes Of Fame/family Of The Famous

Carrie was a hit, but there doesn't seem to be much sign of Billie Lourd making it a three-tier family reunion anytime soon.

    Time Added

Write-up here. Apparently will need to move into assisted care "soon" and other sources said this will be his last ever visit to Loftus Road. Looks like shite unsurprisingly.

The Fringes Of Fame/family Of The Famous

Which leads to the question: has there been a family with three generations all scoring as DDP hits? Hughie Green -> Paula Yates -> Peaches Geldof was my first guess, but sadly not correct.

    The Deathlist Cup

One for the Cup list of the missed, Barbara Kentner died on July 4: and actually got a BBC obit.

    Reality TV

Mail will cover her 100%. If I was still playing and she was alive on January 1st, she'd been a guaranteed team pick, but I can't imagine her making it to the point the Coca Cola lorry adverts are back on TV.

    Performance Drug Athletes

Remember Zyzz died and it got zero QOs in the UK press? Impossible to imagine that happening now.

    Podcasts

http://howl.fm/audio/playlists/5103/marc-maron-presents-classic-showbiz-with-kliph-nesteroff The first three episodes of Classic Showbiz by entertainment historian Kliph Nesteroff are fascinating, dealing with the mob's involvement in comedy, the rise and fall of gay comedian and killer Ray Bourbon and the first black comedienne Moms Mabley.

    Wrestlers/actors

There's a lot of "prayers for..." and "you're not gonna let this beat you" tweets from wrestling figures for this if it's a routine procedure...

    DDP 2018 Town Hall

I am bowing out. Like I said, two years as gamerunner, then I'm back to win the 2020 title. Marián Čišovský's already pencilled in.

    DDP 2018 Town Hall

My take on the Drop 40 bonus is it serves a little bit like the chips in fantasy football - they're deliberately included to help the casuals maintain interest and get a better score, but even so a fully committed expert should be able to get more use out of them than the entry-level player.

    The Dead Of 2017

US Ensemble Dramas/HBO Box Set Shows

Be sure to watch After Hours. Such a film student film, but still a legit 9/10 regardless.

Only Famous For Being Ill And Dying

Don't think Shameless's descendants will still have Shauntelle Tynan to field next year:

    Maggie Smith

Around these parts she'll always be "Murder By Death actress...." Speaking of which, I believe she's one of only three castmembers from that film still with us.
