Mr Pogo, every 14-year-old's favourite garbage wrestler when they first discover Japan, has died at 66. For those unfamiliar with the man's oeuvre...

Knew she'd get one without question. Always trust your instincts lads.

I've mentioned a few times on here that I had an ALS pick I was repeatedly holding off on picking and knew they'd die before I actually gathered the balls to draft them in the DDP. The pick in question was Mary Valastro, matriarch on Cake Boss. She's now dead.

You'd have thought Gall might be an outside punt for a knighthood if he stays alive for the next few years, tbh.

Death Anniversary Thread

And for the space of four hours I forget the world, remember no vexation, fear poverty no more, tremble no more at death; I pass indeed into their world. Niccolo Machiavelli died today in 1527. -

Which leads to the question, who has the longest retirement in acting history? Elisabeth "Janet's sister" Waldo hasn't appeared in any film or TV show since 1945's Song of Mexico and is still with us.

And Pigmeat Markham was born in 1904, so maybe I should retract my statement:
-
Isn't that data heavily flawed though because the first "rappers" would only have been born, at the earliest, around 1949, and thus wouldn't have had the chance to die of old age yet? I mean the Sugarhill Gang aren't even 60.

Prodigy from Mobb Deep dead at 42. 2Pac's "don't one of you niggaz got sickle cell or something?" line will have a bitter taste now.

Tony DiCiccio, one-time US international but more notable for being the manager of the women's US team when they won the World Cup in 1999 and it briefly looked like women's football might become relevant, dead at 68.

Hi I'm Ryan Dunn, and this is the sixth anniversary of my death in a car crash. -
I was gonna say. Might have to put a few drops of Dettol in my Diet Coke tonight.

Interview from last night with Jagraj Singh. Has clearly deteriorated rapidly from just a month ago, sounds like the interview Steve Evans gave in his final days. Elsewhere in DDP news, Colin Meads did attend the unveiling of his statue.

A house with a door, 1 2 3 4, ready to play, what's the day? It's the day Brian Cant dies from complications relating to Parkinson's.

General Non School Massacre Thread

Christ this is the worst thread on this site that doesn't contain Davey Jones Locker. -
Also, Glynis Johns is in Denville Hall, I am reliably informed.

Did some Twitter digging. An actress called "Jo Gordon" is in there (possible this Josephine Gordon?) Here's a video from 2013 I haven't seen shot in the home, gonna assume most of the inhabitants (except Teddy and Pearl) are gone. Also some claims that Pepe Poupee (an Oompa-Loompa among other short people roles) is in there as well.

Oldest remaining Allo Allo cast member is the second guy that played LeClerc, fwiw. He was also the narrator on Button Moon.

Was Vicki there visiting an Allo Allo alum (alum)? Or perhaps one of her co-stars from the lesbian vampire film she made with Kent Walton?

So .. What Do You Watch On TV?
Spade_Cooley replied to Banshees Scream's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Been watching Unreal on Amazon Prime. Don't know if I've ever seen a TV show before where every single character is an utterly irredeemable piece of shit, but I'm enjoying it.
