Dead. Either that or it's the weirdest Twitter hack ever.
-
Reinhard Häfner, manager of Dynamo Dresden when they won the penultimate DDR-Oberliga before the reunification of Germany, dead at 64.

Would probably have "The Night Has A Thousand Eyes" in my top 250 of all-time, tbh.

Usually not a fan of "wacky" grave inscriptions, but I think this one works

Liz Fraser (not the Cocteau Twin) played Mrs Pike in the (1971) movie version, she's still with us. Janet Davies, who played the character in the TV version, died in the mid 80s.

Is this British Music Hall Society a reliable source? I've seen a few blueticks on Twitter deleting their RIP messages already, no news report and you'd have thought the BBC would be ready to swing into action the moment he stopped breathing.

Trending high enough on Twitter to make me think he'll get an Indie obit at least.

Obviously wanking yourself to death with an orange in your mouth and stockings on is the classic MP death, but does anyone know of any other interesting ways members of parliament have left this mortal coil?

I presume they won't want to do Emery and Alexander in the same episode. Having held her back thus far I'm assuming not, but who knows (unless you're the producer of the show). No but I do think they should do a TV version. One evening a week. I am thinking Sunday on BBC4. They should start at about 9pm with a Last Word type show where they show 4 x 15 minute min bios for four recently deceased celeb followed by a TV show or movie closely associated with one of them and then finally late into the night they have the Deathlist show where we look at the whole issue from an irreverent and competition based format. Is there anything better on? I like it. Let's work up a pitch. Can't see the BBC taking it though even if we avoid cancer mums. I'm thinking perhaps a Fantasy Football League-style show, celebrities come in and discuss how their DDP teams are doing, listmania posters as Statto, joeyruss as David Baddiel.

So he did pasaran.

He looks like a 1970s cartoon cat

Crooked dead poolers trying to make out that Donald Trump will die one day. No evidence to suggest this! Sad.

Hans Asperger, patron saint of internet forums, dead today in 1980. -
Turns out he could catch a cold.

You know I would have thought anyone who has ever had a UK #1 single would be a slam dunk obituary, but Kitty Kallen scotched that idea. I'd say being the frontman of The Floaters should get you some coverage, but maybe their bassist shouldn't hold out for a full page in the Times.
-
Original line-up of The Floaters were all still alive as of 2014, but frontman Larry (Cancer) Cunningham wasn't in the best health.....

Who Do You Think Will Be Elected President Of The United States In 2016?

Never been more sure of anything than Hillary being a one-termer though. Unless the Republicans put up, idk, Casey Anthony as their candidate in 2020. -

You'd have thought we'd get a stall one year. Maybe a presentation where I can explain in great length who Andrew Millwall was. -
"The father of cosmetic dentistry", Irwin Smigel, dead at 92. Personally looked after the teeth of Elizabeth Taylor and Tony Bennett, among others.
-
My mother's cousin was one of those wrestlers in the 'World of Sport' era dontcha know... If it's not Tally Ho Kaye I'm not interested.
-
UFO 'expert' Max Spiers dead at 39 after "vomiting up a black liquid". Well of course he did.
-
Be careful what you're posting on here lads. Maybe add Suthee Arammetapongsa to your shortlists for 2017.

Good to see Paige stepping to the plate to fill the spot left by Chyna.
