Significantly bigger death than Kissinger imho. -

Not that I'm picking any for 2024, but for those who do - being as Russia (and Ukraine, to a lesser extent) rarely publicise the deaths of significant military figures killed in combat, do we need to install a "ISIS commander" ruling that both sides of the conflict need to confirm a death?

OK, this is getting beyond a joke now. This show started in 2007. This is the current necrolog: Wendy Richard (Sylvia): Died 2009 Geoffrey Hutchings (Mel Harvey): Died 2010 Kenny Ireland (Donald): Died 2014 Kate O'Mara (Barbra Simmonds): Died 2014 Cilla Black (guest star): Died 2015 Bobby Knutt (Eddie Dawson): Died 2017 Keith Barron (Deputy Mayor): Died 2017 Plus the cast has included at various points DDP longlist names Tim Healy and Vicky Leyton, as well as "keep an eye on them" figures like Joan Collins, Melvyn Hayes and Una Stubbs. Never watched the show.

Cross-posting for the death of Sticky Vicky. The show, just as a reminder, was shit.

Dyer speaks to Oliver Holt, for some reason, about how close he was to death. Solidifies his football man credentials with this line:

Don't fucking tell me Chris Stone is going to be a nobit? You'd have thought AFL player becomes European first gentleman would be Daily Mail Australia gold, but apparently not...

I want these two legends doing the year-end roundups.

For a man so notoriously close to Fleet Street, the fact that none of the hagiographies published for his 80th birthday contained a quote from him earlier this year was a severe red flag.

Conspiracy theories circulating now that this was all a distraction while he tried to pay off a sexual assault allegation.

We've gone over this before and it's a losing battle. The Committee's idea of getting with the times would be picking a member of Then Jericho.

Steel's partner Cally Beaton has a podcast, and interviewed Richard Herring the other week. While they were discussing Herring's testicular cancer, she off-handedly said "obviously my partner has a much more serious cancer than yours". Possible sign Steel's further along than we'd been led to believe?

Fucking hell, bet her son's regretting this Xmas day zinger from last year now:

As mentioned elsewhere, the ex-boyfriend in question, Oliver Spedding (aka Damian Oliver) has offed himself at the age of 34. His OnlyFans has since been taken down (sorry YoungWillz).

The Genesis farewell tour really took it out of Phil.

Played the sax on "Christmas Wrapping", so maybe QO-worthy?

Surely time for Terry Venables to make his list debut?

I think The Committee will do their usual practice of watching an episode of Spitting Image from 1985 and picking anyone who is still left.

From the "celebrities sell their houses when they're about to die" prognostic tactic, Jim Davidson just sold his Stockbridge property for £1.5m.

People Who Are Dead According To Wikipedia...
Spade_Cooley replied to Vaagheid's topic in DeathList Forum
Since September 9 last year, the Wikipedia page of former WBO Cruiserweight champion Tyrone Booze has said he died on September 5, 2022. There's a couple of tweets from around the same time saying he died as well, but nothing I can find from a brief google on boxing websites. Weird that a world champion could (seemingly) die so off-the-radar.
