    Deadpool Detective Work

This film writer is currently prepping an article on Laffan apparently, someone should ask him.

    Lara Roxx

I thought Candida Royalle used to be in Pulp?

    Comedians & Comedy Writers

Yeah, as a guy who has far too much of his brain taken up with the minutiae of US pop cultural history, I know two "properly" (Hawn and Tomlin), and I know Arte Johnson had the catchphrase "very interesting... but stupid" via osmosis/watching Family Guy and The Simpsons. The rest of them, Christ knows.

    Burt Reynolds

https://www.facebook.com/marnie.butcher1/posts/10204831425256880?pnref=story This is the Facebook post in question. It does seem to be a real person and it's kinda weird of her to fake a minor celeb's death in the middle of so much earnest-as-fuck content, but who knows?

The Wurzels _and_ Wurzel Steve and the Scrumpy Swillers? Is this a "David van Day's Bucks Fizz"-type situation?

    Burt Reynolds

Damn, would have been one of the key figures for my long discussed DDP theme team of Northamptonians. Alan Moore better watch his back now.

    Derby Dead Pool 2015

To be honest, since about February I've thought that my chances of winning the DDP this year would depend on one thing: the health of Catherine Wybourne. She's still holding out there, I think she'll make 2016.

O.J. Simpson: Run Out Of Juice?

Well, surely Jesus had to have spent time in prison between his arrest and crucifixion?
  9. Spade_Cooley

    Life Is In Your Hands

Probably Ion Trewin and David Benton so I'd go top of the DDP.

    Time Added

Charles Gyamfi, three-time African Cup of Nations-winning manager with Ghana and, I think, the first black player in German football, dead at 85.

    Boxing Clever?

Fascinating article about Emanuel Augustus, the "Drunken Master" of ESPN Friday Night Fights who was perhaps the finest 'have gloves, will travel' boxer of his generation. Floyd Mayweather says he was the toughest opponent he ever faced, his bout against Micky Ward is regarded as one of the best boxing matches of the modern era, and, inevitably, he ended up homeless and shot in a street incident. Health is, unsurprisingly, not great.

    The Dead Of 2015

And, of course, his final presentation in that episode includes "Kato! Where would he spring from next?", and Burt Kwouk makes up part of my DDP team this year. Circles within circles.

    The Dead Of 2015

Funny how you get more right-wing as you get older.

    The Dutch

Queen Maxi says her dad is "doing very well", according to my Google Translate. And with that I feel my chances of the DDP three-peat are dead.

    Dead Pop Stars

I dream of the day I can use "MY WIFE IS BONO. SHE IS NOT LARRY." in a conversation

    Dead Pop Stars

Any reference to D O'R mandates the reposting of the quotes from the court case her former nanny put against her.

    Reality TV

Ryan Howell, part of stupidly large boys' choir Only Boys Aloud, who finished 3rd in Britain's Got Talent the year the lass with the dancing dog won it, dead at 18 of brain cancer.

    Wrestlers/actors

Yep, Snuka has been charged with third-degree murder. I assume he will immediately stop taking all forms of cancer medication. The reverberations from this are the interesting ones though, Hulk Hogan saying a few racist words five years ago wiped 20% off WWE shareprices. If, as this seems to confirm, Vince McMahon did help cover up a murder during his rise to the top of pro-wrestling... this is going to get ugly.

    The Monkees

Aye, and fairly chipper they were, also revealed they always invite Mike Nesmith to join them but he's otherwise engaged writing a book (and sitting on his Tippex fortune!) Maybe Michelle Phiiips should throw her lot in with the surviving Monkees in some kind of sixties extravaganza show. From what I understand (as the son of a major Monkees obsessive), while Nesmith really does not enjoy playing with The Monkees per se, he feels he has an obligation to their fanbase to play and doesn't feel it'd be right to rob them of the chance to relive their childhoods. I don't know if that's charming or arrogant really.

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2016

In fairness he's managed to bag Anna Richardson, which is definitely punching above her weight. Not as impressive as Joan Jett managing to bag Carmen Electra when she was nearly 50, but kudos.

    Wrestlers/actors

Oh look, a jury will report later today as to whether Snuka will face murder charges for the death of his girlfriend 32 years ago.

    Dead Pop Stars

I thought liked his drinks in proportion? His mom should have had an abortion, bortion, bortion, bortion. Got married over the weekend, drinking apple juice for the first toast. Still looks like shit, mind.

    Queen Margrethe II of Denmark

Fine with me, if we charge for treating sports injuries and VD as well. What about obese people who get sports injuries? Surely we don't want to discourage the fatties. As long as "Big" John Henderson is safe, I'm good.

    William Gladstone Stewart

tbh this is why I only watch "Bar Rescue" and "Flipping Vegas" these days.

Big fan of Channel 4 just deciding to give Adam Hills a career after about 10 years of him failing to make any impression on any single TV viewer.
