My suggestion for any team currently behind in their time would be, if they think there's a comeback chance, just put a team together in a Google Doc or Notepad file and sit on it as late as possible. If you think you'll be away from the internet for all of the 28th then you can submit a team earlier on the off-chance, but I don't advise everyone to do this as it will flood my inbox.
