MMMDP Form Guide #7 Sister Jean Not actually a nun as she doesn't live a cloistered existence. Still, everyone's favourite centenarian basketball scout is still with us aged 102, and attended her beloved Loyola Ramblers' NCAA Division I game in person again this year, where they were dumped out 54-41 by Ohio State. Is she a 4.5/5 pick for your MMMDP draft?

A throwback to the early days of organised sport in the US, Cody Fuller represented Texas Tech in two sports at the national level: center-field for the baseball team and wide-receiver on the handegg side of things. Arguably if he'd stuck to one outlet he may have made more of it on the professional side of things, but he still made it to the big leagues and was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels, featuring as a bit-player for four seasons. He's been redrafted by the angels again thanks to losing a battle with pancreatic cancer aged 39, and his death sees gcreptile cash in their joke and overtake Annami, while Joey Russ opens up a four-point lead on Sir Cunto. Ellie Warner back on Gogglebox right now, so presumably her boyfriend's no longer at risk of carking it from that car crash.

In a move that will shock absolutely no one, he's now not going ahead with his Twitter takeover.

I'm 99% sure somewhere on the forum we worked out the shortest distance between being awarded a major honour and dying, and it might have been the same day? I want to say it was a knighthood for a businessman but I may be miles off.

In fairness, Deborah James has yet to single-handedly cause an international incident by racially abusing a third-tier Bollywood actress. There's still time though.

He was the juror from Uncle Junior's trial that Eugene Pontecorvo threatens, if you were interested. -
The documentary about him on Netflix is pretty good, fwiw.

Tell your old man to drag Walton and Lanier up and down the court for 48 minutes. -
A FakeTaxi alum, which I feel might be enough to get him a QO somewhere. Keep 'em peeled.

I know we joke about bedblockers around here but Deborah James still being alive truly is a miracle, she's seemingly had every possible complication of bowel cancer thrown at her in the past six months. Would be stunned if she's alive for Eurovision tbh, but she's proven me wrong before.

Probably should spend less time moaning about "woke snowflakes" and more time making sure your children aren't standing near any high ledges, Nick. -
As terrible as 95% of Ocean games were, I honestly consider them the most iconic of the C64/Spectrum era software houses.

So, the list of still living Ali opponents now looks something like: Larry Holmes (1949) Earnie Shavers (1944) Alfredo Evangelista (1954) Richard Dunn (1945) Jean-Pierre Coopman (1946) Joe Bugner (1950) Chuck Wepner (1939) George Foreman (1949) Rudi Lubbers (1945) George Chuvalo (1937) And then it starts to get a little hazy as these guys from now on were basically club fighters. George Logan (c 1937): Was definitely alive in 2016 when Ali died, became a policeman after leaving the sport so would probably get some sort of write-up if he was dead. Don Warner (1939): One of Ali's early sparring partners, later converted to Islam under the name Hasan Muhammad. Can't find any details of him from the past 50 years on a quick Google. Alex Miteff (1935): Argentine boxer, both he and Ali had small parts in the movie Requiem for a Heavyweight. Guy claiming to be his nephew says he's still alive here, but has apparently been in a rest home for years. Jimmy Robinson (1924/5): This is the infamous lost Ali opponent, who has been the subject of numerous articles over the years, most famously this ESPN piece. Last confirmed sighting of him was a Sports Illustrated Where Are They Now interview in 1979. Almost certainly died in the poor house.

One of the Deathlist Cup's all-time greatest bedblockers has finally been evicted. George Perez was one of the most influential comic book figures of the past 50 years, popularizing the "multi-universe crossover set piece" that dominates modern-day capeshit at the cinema. He was most associated with Wonder Woman, rebooting the character in the late 1980s and eventually leaving DC as he felt the company wasn't doing enough to promote ol' Diana Prince. Being open about his ongoing battle with metastatic pancreatic cancer, and his lack of enthusiasm for any life-lengthening treatments, Perez was a popular pick through this tournament and was picked by seven of this round's eight teams: maryportfuncity finds himself in a crisis on one Earth thanks to his refusal to select the inkman, and is now being squonked by DevonDeathTrip. JoeyRuss and Annami go ahead in their ties, and Salmon Mousse remains three points clear. Sir Cunto 9 vs Joey Russ 10 maryportfuncity 0 vs DevonDeathTrip 9 Captain Hemlock 6 vs Salmon Mousse 9 Annami 6 vs gcreptile 3

Missed this one earlier in the year, but in February Army of the Pharaohs member Blacastan died.

COVID deaths are back baby! And we're travelling over to the Muttley of current international geopolitics, Belarus, for our second hit of the round. Stanislav Shushkevich was the first leader of Belarus post-Soviet independence, and was an integral figure in the establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Not that Belarus' civil service seemed that bothered, his retirement pension came to a whopping $1.80 a month, meaning he had to resort to a post-political career of lecturing in foreign climes. Joey Russ gets the unique hit here and claws back some ground in his tie. Sir Cunto 6 vs Joey Russ 4 maryportfuncity 0 vs DevonDeathTrip 6 Captain Hemlock 0 vs Salmon Mousse 6 Annami 0 vs gcreptile 0

Brooks reporting the all-clear from cancer on his Twitter today, which should give the Cherries a bit of encouragement ahead of tonight's promotion six-pointer with Forest.
