    Room 101

Ummmm, I eat baked potatoes for breakfast. Quick, easy, can be done in the microwave and gets me through to lunch. Then again, we've already established that I'm insane and amoral so I guess it's OK. I eat crisps for breakfast, don't know what that says about my sanity. If you're insane, then I'm more so, as I not only eat crisps, but on toast with brown sauce.

How many "hits" will DeathList 2010 have?

I'm thinking seven... I'm thinking seven... Is there a reason why you posted this twice? And that I can't see your vote on the poll? Computer froze and I mashed the mouse in frustration(this happens quite a lot, usually when I'm in the middle of something), hence the double post.

    The Dead Of 2010

It's not saying he died, it's saying his dad died. I thought Geldof's dad died years ago!

    Room Lovely, Look You.

Are you a nurse? No, not a nurse, but funnily enough I did work as a nursing assistant a few years back. The hot water bottle and Dettol thing stretches all the way back to childhood,though...I reckon I'm just a little strange!!

My trusty hot water bottle, oh.. And the smell of Dettol..Weird, I know....!

    Zsa Zsa Gabor

I thought for sure she'd have passed away by now. I'm beginning to think that she'll live until Christmas...And possibly beyond. Can't help but wonder if Clive Dunn sent her a little of what he's been taking all these years!

    Peter Sallis

The last of the Last of the Summer Wine may break his heart. The thought did cross my mind! Hopefully Last of the Summer Wine will be replaced by something worth watching. Even my late gran couldn't stand it!

    A Joke

sssslol! Until that eye opened, I was certain that I was looking at something else...!!

    Political Frailty

Fiddly work, isn't it? I will update the Nobel list towards the end of the year, when I have a spare hour or two. (PS In homage to The Unknown Man, Lord Simon needs italicising) Do peers on the absence register get paid? No. I think they lose their entitlment to free 1st class rail travel as well. I doubt it bothers them, as most are wealthy already.

    Peter Sallis

I wonder if I should suggest Peter Sallis as a possible candidate for next years list? He does look remarkably well for an eighty-nine year old...But, then again, you never know...

    Robert Mugabe

He was a candidate back in 2004, one of DL's better years, but seems to have slipped under the radar since.Dictators seem to go on forever....I wonder if it will be all change or more of the same in Zimbabwe after he dies? Difficult to predict, that. The prime minister, Morgan Tsvangirai, seems a nice bloke, but should he become prez (not bloody likely) he might turn out a nasty dictator himself. regards, Hein Never ceases to amaze me how absolute power corrupts absolutely...Let's hope that Tsvangirai doesn't fall prey to corruption if he becomes president(big if!).

    Angela Lansbury

I prepared a quite witty repost, stating that the death of the title characters had never stopped the reruns of Matlock and Columbo, only to find out that Andy Griffith and Peter Falk are still alive... Oops! They're not even that old, 84 and 82, considered that they already looked ancient back then, didn't they? Peter Falk is suffering from severe dementia, as mentioned elsewhere on the forum, though. Completely missed that, but it makes him a strong favourite for the DL 2011, I suppose. The list of terminated ridiculously stupid police drama series is sheer endless, now I think of it. The death of Horst Tappert relieved us from Derrick, Inspector Morse died with John Thaw and Jake had to retire after the Fatman William Conrad passed. One of the most annoying detective series of the last decennium is Monk - I watched an episode last week (this one, to be specific) and it was pathetic. Can't think of any reason why Monk was so popular in the US. I thought that Andy Griffith had to be at least 90! Monk is one of the most senseless detective series' ever.It can't seem to make up it's mind whether it's a comedy or a straight drama, my sister likes it, though....But that's only because she's got terrible taste in TV programmes!

    Kirk Douglas

I think Kirk will live to see in 2011, but will shuffle off his mortal coil sometime in Spring.

Death doesn't stop reruns. It's just wishful thinking on my part

LOL Crisp n' Dry-surely you'd be smelling like a chip shop for days!! Battered sausage... 'Battered sausage'-now why didn't I think of that!XD

    Angela Lansbury

Then the beige haired one should have shied away from appearing in Murder she Wrote!!

    Angela Lansbury

Angela Lansbury is one of those actors that grates on my nerves-especially in Murder she Wrote. Jessica Fletcher is one of the most annoying characters ever created. Hopefully her death will bring to an end the never ending re-runs of that crap series!!

    Clive Dunn

Back for some more signatures and few glasses of Madeira a year later. He must have discovered the elixir of life
  22. Memento Mori

    Jake Lamotta

At that rate she's apt to last a few more years yet.

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2011

How about Norman Tebbit? He looks half dead already. That would be ironic if republican terrorists finished the job! That would a similar case to the one of the bullet that eventually found it's mark! All joking aside, I sincerely hope that there will not be a terrorist attack on the Tory conference, those murdering b*****ds spent long enough committing atrocities and severely damaging the reputation of Irish people in the process!
