They are now the two oldest Former U.S. First Ladies at ages 91 and 89, respectively. Barbara would be my personal pick for 2017. She seems more frail, walking with a walker and missed Nancy Reagan's funeral. Rosalynn on the other hand gets around much better and traveled cross country to attend the service.

We have a duel poll of the two oldest presidents, Jimmy Carter and George HW Bush. How about a duel of the two oldest and frail presidential wives.

Bush

Good choice. I didn't think of including him on my list. May have to re-edit it.
-
Not a bad choice. Pretty well-known TV character actor in the U.S. Has had some health issues in the past.

Good Number 2 choice!

Good pick for Number 1!

Glad to see him back on DL!

This is a list of living Academy A ward winners for Best Actor and Actress. All of these individuals are at least 80 years old. And yes, I do realize that the first two are already on the list. I am thinking that Sidney Poitier, Gene Hackman, and Joanne Woodward could be good candidates for a future DL. And 93 is the "dangerous" age for recent U.S. Presidents and First Ladies. Gerald and Betty Ford, as well as Nancy's husband Ronald Reagan all died in their 93rd year. Just saying.....
-
Last jump or last birthday?
-
That should be .......is it? Or maybe "....innit, ya get me?" if you want to be down with the kids. It has certainly not been a good year for old Hollywood actors.
-
Google searches show no recent updates on Billy Graham's health. I assume nothing has changed.....
-
Lauren Bacall-something different from my usual guess of Billy Graham....

According to his grand daughter, he can no longer feed himself... http://www.greenvilleonline.com/story/life/2014/04/05/thank-billy-graham-remembers-daddy-bill/7371407/

Nancy Reagan Or Barbara Bush In 2014?
USFuneralDirector replied to USFuneralDirector's topic in DeathList Forum
I would think with Nancy Reagan's obvious frail state (most recent pictures almost a year ago show her wheelchair-bound and very thin, at almost 93 years old), would make her the lead candidate. However to my knowledge, she has had no strokes, heart attacks, pneumonia, anything "major internal". Her mother lived to be 99 and some people can go for several years with immobility. Barbara Bush on the other hand at almost 89 has had a perforated ulcer, heart surgery, and more recently pneumonia. I am no doctor, but am thinking that perhaps the pneumonia could be the beginning of congestive heart failure, given her advanced age and history of heart issues. If that is the case, she would likely not be very long for this world. Then again, as deadsox pointed out....you never know. -
Not a former "First Lady", but makes me wonder about Nancy Reagan and Barbara Bush, this year http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2014/02/03/22560393-joan-mondale-wife-of-former-vice-president-dies-at-83?lite
