I forget if it was for then or this year) was reverse TMIBs limits on ITV regional obits because it was unfair if folk got an obit in a major QO source but it was on the wrong page or only in the N Ireland or Scotland section. Spade did the same in 2019 for the BBC regional pages after one pick got 5 different BBC obits, none of which were accepted in the rules!
