Sometimes the Cmme make decisions which seem odd to others. But then, so do all deadpoolers, including me.

Why's the guy who doesn't want any deaths to happen wanting the front page updated so quickly anyway? Must be logged into the wrong account.

Also Welshman, Ronnie and Mr Stats at various points.

Reports on twitter of the death of Michael Pickwoad aged 73. Set designer on the Moffat era (2010-17) of Dr Who, as well as Withnail and I, Comrades, the ITV Marples/Poirots, etc etc.

Ah good. I'll have you know I spent a whole 30 seconds or so looking up "births in 1950 and 1951" on Wiki in research for this game.

Craig Levein falls ill, rushed to hospital, recovering after treatment. Heart? Fall? Cold? Booze? This calls for charon insider knowledge info.

So, is the 1937-52 game still at "everyone wins" then?

MCCAIN'S HAD HIS CHIPS* 10/50 26th August 2018 Veteran American politician John McCain has died to give The Crowdsourced Deathlist another success and the third of August 2018. John McCain was the son of a US Admiral who was shot down during the Vietnam War, and spent 5 years as a Prisoner of War. He was released in 1973, and would later become a six-term Senator for Arizona. He became known for promoting causes unpopular within Republican circles (climate change for example) and, whilst his critics pointed out - probably justly - that this theatrical stance distracted from a mostly highly right wing voting record, McCain was still able to command respect across the political spectrum till the end of his life. Despite several documented foolish moments, such as backing the Iraq War, introducing the world to Sarah Palin and appearing on Monday Night RAW, McCain twice came close to the Presidency. In 2000, he came up against the Bush machine's smear campaign. In 2008, he beat a bunch of no-hopers to win the Republican nomination, but was unable to deal with the twin towers of Bush's record and Barack Obama. In recent years, he was a vocal critic of Donald Trump, and one of his last public appearances was to dramatically kill off the 2017 repeal of Obamacare. McCain was a war hawk and pro-asylum, a pragmatist and an ideologue, a man who could reach across the floor but follow his own party. A maverick persona was deliberately cultivated, but he was a man of great flaws and great successes impossible to fit into one box, in a world where so many politicians come from an identikit cloning box. This was his first appearance on the list, coming after a well publicised battle with brain cancer. He was 81. *Yeah, the Deathlist got there first, it was in my notes and I'm too lazy to come up with a new one.

Aye, that and Odd Couple, and lots of other stuff. All good. And Murder by Death, which is worth it for Peter Falks piss take of Raymond Chandler detectives. Pun - The Out of Lifer? What, do you expect non-crap puns from me by now?

I have read the autobiography of one of these men. Thick Hanh, what's he like? Nah, twas Greenspans. Amusingly, I've also read Soros's in which he tears apart Greenspans recollection of events in his book!

Good to see you about the place, @Rotten Ali - hope you've been well.

Scenes if Allen wins this by 5 points or less now!

Thus ends the msc/drol deadlock! Also, bigger shock: Tierney didn't have McCain!
-
Neil Simon as we watched The Out of Towners last night.

Trump might well breathe a sigh of relief, but given McCain passing the Steele Dossier to the FBI is one of the things that triggered Mueller's investigation, yer ex-POW from Arizona may yet have the last laugh from beyond the grave on the President.

Ah right, they want Cleggy.

A wash? I'll have you know I'll cut the lead down to a mere 156 points! Right, let's see the differentials between you 2 and the "people's underdog" (TM), msc. 7. msc David Cervinski, David DiChiera, Latham Grant (J), Clive James,Steve Kopacz, Vanessa Lafaye (if she gets that obit),Philomena Lynott, Kulsoom Nawaz, Linda Nolan, Peter Overton, Carl Piddington, Mike Pintek, Bishop Francis Quinn, Hmm, not the best hand in the world, I'll be honest!

Aye, Skyfall's no a patch on that Casino Royale. Look, the goal was open... Though tbh I find the Craig films to mostly be snoozefests with crap villains.

Mostly chatter, but here's Business Insider mentioning the rumours.

Heavy rumours going round political circles that Vinnie is on the verge of announcing his resignation as Lib Dem leader after barely a year from job he spent 20 year conspiring to get. Watch this space, I guess, both for if it happens, and any health reasons for that.
