July 10th. June/July seems to be the First Lady time: Lady Bird, Betty Ford... Nixon iirc.

Looks like the Bush Deathlist 2018 double is on the cards.

Forum cheatsheet notes: when a thread starts with someone quoting someone else, it's a post from another thread which has been merged into a new thread. (That's how I started the Sid Waddell thread - it was a post in Ideas for 2012 ). iirc (and Maryport or DDT can surely correct me if I'm wrong), this was the Jon Lord thread, and someone has turned it into a general thread for the great band Deep Purple. You might recall (but I'll remind you anyhow) that acclaimed musician/songwriter/Purple founder Lord was in and out of hospital in late 2011 with "treatable cancer", only he revealed in early 2012 that it was pancreatic and then died that summer. Had he announced the pancreatic nature of the beast pre-Hogmanay, Deathlist and Drop 40 cert. Hell, his death got on the BBC News. Truly a black night.

Going to say no under Rule 4. "No one missing in action who blatantly died already."

Dio didn't live long enough to sing that one.

Yes, it's World War III, like bombing Serbia was, and bombing Iraq, and bombing Libya, and bombing fuck I forget whatever other countries was in the 90s/00s. A wee bit of blood sports to play well at home with the right voters, none of the important nations are dumb enough to go to actual war with each other - which I got bored saying the first twenty times "Oh noes the world is totally doooooomed" appeared on here or elsewhere. Do we really need an overdose of emoticons like a fucking cunt to denote flippancy? This board is infested with Scots, surely you're used to it by now! -

RIP Engineer's faith in Donald Trump, then. -
A picture of Hubbard apparently from the 8th April. Picture shrunk for YWillz's phone, but I've seen skeletons with less bony arms.
-
That one might be my fault!
-
^ Similar but with an earlier generation here. Quite a few in Glasgow. Mind you, top 2 girls names in the UK in the 80s ie roughly my generation? Jessica and Jennifer, apparently. Have I ever met anyone by those names? Nope.
-
Myra can also be a nickname, for Mary iirc.
-
Although in the case of Charlie, the nickname has become so ubiquitous that it wouldn't surprise me if it turned out over half the country didn't know it was a nickname now. Ditto Harry for Henry. I do generally agree, though. And there's a thing, given the Harry/Henry has been around for nearly a millenium, how come we don't call him Harry VIII? It's all going to be "King William's younger brother Prince Henry was a popular public figure in those olden days..." in 300 years. On a similar note, my name can be shortened in several ones and one thing that really pisses me off is people doing it without permission to be pally. Makes me properly tetchy.

Looking at those top names of 2017, some of them do surprise as I thought they were old fashioned. Isabella (gothic horror victim), Mia (a panda), and Joshua (tree?) for example. Looking down the lists, names that I dislike: Poppy, Scarlett, Jackson (!), Logan, Mason, etc. Stand out "look at us and our kid" names. Give your weans nice normal names so if they want to stand out later, it's on their own and not because their parents were cuntos. Or something like that.

If its the end, he'd go to one of the main palaces and then the entire family would flock in - big tell tale sign. I mean, the end is coming soon-ish, by default (guy is 97 soon after all) but it doesn't feel necessarily imminent.
-
Bit in the Mail from 2013 says both daughters have "their own families" now. But yeah, some things has no internet footprint. Got told recently Vince and Linda McMahon had had a third child, which died. Bar one guy's family tree, not seen a scooby snack about it online.

Ta. Telegraph does as suggested then! Fascinating character, too, the type I find more interesting in your average deadpool than some of the more obvious picks.
-
"Rapture expert".
-
Rednex, Chumbawumba and Haddaway all had a second top twenty hit, too. Who doesn't remember Old Pop in an Oak? Happy people, that's who.

Eventually!

Hey, not being on the plane is a damned good way to survive a plane crash, imo.
-
NOT THE SNIFFLES! DEAR GOD! ONTO THE SHORTLISTS NOW! Next you'll be telling me she's somehow caught manflu and all.
-
And someone with Mitzi Shore presumably grabs "bronze" then.

Silly Reaper, you're meant to dismantle my Windy Pool shortlist by taking out folk on my DDP team... Bah and humbug. Always seems to be one pooler who gets an unexpected shellacking in the Cup. Of course, the month isn't at HT yet. Perhaps he's less Man City and more Roma? 1. The Dead Cow vs Sean 9-0 2. Heef vs DDT 6-6 3. Deadsox (reigning champ) vs YWillz 6-3 4. Sir Creep vs Joey Russ 3-3

I thought Thacker was one of those old guy blues musicians tbh! Must be all those replies in the Ralph Stanley thread. Anyhow, the obit in the Bluegrass press means two things. Firstly, YWillz's vaunted defense has been breached, after 2 months and 11 days - the best shutout run in Cup history to date. Deadsox leads again, is he on course for 2 from 2? Secondly, Sir Creep scores, and with the age difference, has taken the lead against Joey. See? I told you that one was going to have twists and turns. 1. The Dead Cow vs Sean 6-0 2. Heef vs DDT 6-6 3. Deadsox (reigning champ) vs YWillz 3-0 4. Sir Creep vs Joey Russ 3-3
