  1. Till next week. I jest, but I do expect a very low turnout, which will aide the Tory gains considerably.

    John Noakes

    Reapers probably too scared, tbh.

    The Deathlist Cup

    Indeed, good spot.

    The Deathlist Cup

I didn't ask about the 3/4th playoff, and one of our semifinalists is now on holiday till next week, so it'll just be the final. Noriega, then. Agreed, Grim. Heef has been a credit as a newcomer in this Cup, I hope they sticks around and joins a few more of the deadpools. DDT vs Deadsox 0-2 William Henry Harrison Die-in-a-Month Squad (Death Impends) vs Heef 11-8

    Manuel Noriega

Way back in...1990? Suspect he would have in 2018, but there was no way he was surviving that far with the public symptoms.

    Beverly Cleary

Childrens author. Wrote a whole bunch of books in the 1950s. Not as read today, I don't know. Her stuff is dated but decent enough. Also, very old, but not very notable in the UK.
  7. Caroline Lucas thanks you for your vote.

    Jake "the Snake" Roberts

Hey if he makes 80, and I'm still about, I'm trying this DDP Yoga.

    Doctor Doctor

The old "here's someone dying young", let's not mention they died thing. The Lakovic thing does surprise though: I mean, look at the useless sods getting obits...
  10. Oh, in case you taped the Wee Willie Rennie Q&A for later, it'll help you go to sleep, YW. Dull as hell.
  11. Corbyn did better than expected against Neil too. Well, compared to May. And Nuttal tonight.

Dear daily Mail reporters reading this. Please write obits for Lakovic, Suisala and Aspin. Thanks.

    Rumours

Perhaps, but Eric Joyce isn't the best source. He sees plenty of spirits, in a manner of speaking.
  14. YW: Easy way around - always assume Theresa May is talking bollocks. It'll be a useful guide about 9 out of 10 times.
  15. Aye, and I never found out what that mystery ailment of his was, either.

    The Hartlepool Deadlypool

Hey, it's exactly how I expected to spend my bank holiday. Stoned to high heavens on anti-migraine pills, and looking up morris dancing online.

    Thoughts On The 2017 List

Nor have any of the old long timers. It's been one new old guy, one MND death, and 3 "frail and ill 50/50ers". Law of averages dictates at least one or two of the regulars will go before December 31st.

    The Hartlepool Deadlypool

A pdf of a magazine which references Noakes's morris dancing days. So, yes.

    Badly timed deaths

Falk is dead? Damn, that's a shame. Nothing on the BBC yet.

    Political Frailty

Trimmed from the masterlist as we speak. It is an unruly document. Something like 7000 names, and no doubt a whole bunch of doublers. Everytime I go to cut it down, I wind up adding 50 names.

    Badly timed deaths

Trying to think of a US equivalent for Joey. Mr Rodgers? He's dead of course, but someone huge in kids TV.
  23. msc

    Badly timed deaths

Country difference, Joey. No one is overshadowing Noakes in the UK. Huge childhood figure for lots of folk aged...35-65, give or take. Well, unless, say, the Queen dies in an hour, of course.

    World War Three

Hmm, I wonder if Kim Jong-un feels paranoid about a plot or something. "Look everyone, some nice missiles to distract you!"

    Political Frailty

I've not checked it in a few weeks (and the usual "folk might be missing"), but my 1918 list currently stands as: 1918 – Billy Graham, Shinobu Hashimoto, Yasuhiro Nakasone, Martin Pope, Bob Schiller, Guje Lagerwall, Iris Ballard, Hutton Gibson, Jens Skou, Rene de Obaldia, Paul D Boyer, Fay McKenzie, Katherine Johnson, Lloyd Geering, Bobby Doerr, Ivy Bethune, Adolph Kiefer, Brenda Milner, Antonio Candido, Henri Vernes, Frederick Leboyer, Lousise Tobin, T. Berry Brazelton, Josephine Webb, Francis Nye, Edward Giller, Chuck Stevens, Frank Lambert, Doris Grumbach, Paul Farnes, Diana Serra Cary Not many big names there!
