I read that they were going through tons of garbage to try and find this pizza box. Was Jo the only person in Bristol who ate Tesco pizzas? Do they know if she ate any of the pizza? Surely during the post mortem they would have checked the contents of her stomach. As far as whodunnit, I think it had to be someone who knew her boyfriend was out of town. The fact that there seems to have been no sexual motives (except a possible foot fetish) makes me think that it was more likely a woman or a gay man. I'd be looking for a woman or gay man who is obsessed with Jo's boyfriend, and who is now giving him a shoulder to cry on in a deranged attempt to get him into bed. Mrs Marple can put that in her pipe and smoke it.

Same here. But in my defense, I had never heard of him. He was one of Scotland's most successful songwriters. I suppose you're too young to remember him... I am a bit more aware of who is he thanks to his obits. I have heard of some of his music. But if you were to mention his name, I wouldn't have been able to place him...until now.

It is not ofter that the 'Windsor the Troll' brand wins a deadpool. Indeed, it is only the second time I have been victorious in a deadpool, being the winner of the 2009 Hartlepool Deadlypool (even though I had no team). Lets hope that I can build on these successes, and win the 2011 DDP! Given the small matter of the Atlantic Ocean, I will not collect the prize. The fact that I won is enough reward for me. With the greatest of respect, having highlighted the problem there is not much more you can do. I'm sure the DL Committee have a list of rejected names for 2011 which they will now look at. I was merely stating that Hitchens would be a rather good replacement for Wallach. Lets not over complicate things.

I've just seen an advert on Channel 4 for a documentary on Britain's fattest man - Paul Mason. Having seen him practically naked on this advert, I am a bit disappointed that I didn't put him in my top 50. If he survives this year, he would certainly be worth a punt in 2012.

I agree with Graham, but to be fair Castro's health has been improving for a while now. If age doesn't matter points-wise, I wonder why Frank Buckles wasn't included? Frank Buckles is famous for being ill...if one considers extreme old age an illness. The listmakers don't choose people who are famous for being ill.

Anna Wing played Lou Beale in the long running British Soap Eastenders. Lou Beale is one of the legends of the soap. I think its a good list too. I would have stuck Al Megrahi somewhere on the list, but then he is a bit of a tease. I think this list will do better than the 2010 list.

Ah well. 2/6 isn't all that bad - especially when you consider that I failed to predict the amout of shite that came my way in 2010! Anyway - predictions for 2011. The Lib Dems will lose the Electoral Reform vote. The coalition will fall apart shortly afterwards. Labour will be returned as the largest party in the 2011 Holyrood elections. Bruce Forsyth and Simon Cowell will be knighted. There will be war of some description in North Korea. I won't win the DDP. All the best to one and all for 2011.

Having read some news profiles on the creepy landlord, I don't think he did it. Most of the papers seem more mesmorised by his dodgy hair - except for 'the Sun', who are more proud of the fact that they found out he bought his flats from a convicted paedophile in 1999. Its interesting to note that the media have reported all off this information even before the man has been charged with the crime. If he is found innocent of this crime, you can bet that the Sun will be doing everything the can do to have him convicted for being a paedophile. He was a teacher afterall...
