A man disapproves of swearing, but swears. A man is reminded of his TV license, but doesn't own a TV. In truth .. this man must be a liar. No - they send out forms to everyone. A former politics tutor of mine ranter about it a few years back. He didn't own a television, and was pestered to pay a license fee. He didn't own a computuer either. His lectures notes were done on the typewriter and photocopied.

Anna Wing seems to be doing not too badly for being in her 90s.

He is to be made an honourary Knight. He will be made a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire. Given the sufferings of the current President's family under colonial rule, they could perhaps have chosen a different Order. Not the best move for maintaining the special relationship...

Ivan's funeral is to be held today. Incidently, the funeral clashes with the Prime Minister's meeting with Obama. I wonder what will be on the front pages tomorrow. Not that I'm suggesting that Cameron is using his dead son as a political tool...

I call bull$hit. Another one of those "this celebrity is gonna imminently die soon!!!!" teasers. I'm really sick and tired of these bull$hit articles. I guess it's a desperate attempt to sell newspapers by trying to appeal to people's obsession with the moribund, especially if they're celebrities. There's been a spate of articles lately proclaiming that all these famous celebrities are about to die soon. Yet we haven't exactly had an avalanche of celebrity deaths lately... I'd like for you to be right since she was right on my cutoff, but something rings true about this. I say she is a goner by the end of April. Same here. When I read the article I gleefully thought that she would be my 3rd hit. But upon checking, it would appear that I removed her from my list. Still, she is in my shadow list/top 50 - too bad that counts for nothing.

We seem to have missed this recent article concerning his health. Sounds like he is not doing so well, but then it could all be lies. I am somewhat regretting putting him down as my DDP joker. I think we can never be sure of how ill he actually is.

The Politics department of Aberdeen University. Exam results were supposed to be up by last Friday, yet my class are still waiting for them. Secondly, my dissertation is due on the 30th April. What do the politics department do? Demand an essay of 5000 words for the next day. Having spoken to the tutor, he refused to lower the word count (essays are usually only 3500 words) and he said that I should not count on an time extention. Wouldn't be so bad, but the essay topics are complete gash in the first place! It is almost like they are willing you to fail...

One thing that has always puzzled me about the marriage...I though that Jade Goody and Jack Tweed broke up last year? I thought that she was seeing someone else? Can anyone else remember this, or is it me making up sh*t again?

Come on then LG, why the f**k do you need friends anyway? I have one good friend, I love him to bits, he is a fabulous mate but, hand on heart, if I didnt see him ever again it wouldnt kill me. I have people im friendly with, Ive been known to have a night out with them BUT I dont let them into my life and I have no interest in the inner workings of theirs. Been there and done that, I dont do it anymore. My good friend is the opposite to me, he needs people around him, he cant sit indoors and do nothing. I, conversely, dont need any f****r. Maybe thats a negative to some Its a positive to me. I don't need friends either. But I wouldn't mind having some.
