My god. This man lived 102 years, through Two World Wars and a major depression. He meets Banshees Scream - that kills him. There is no justice in this world...

Well, the heir to our throne's wife's father scored me a good few points last year so I can't see why not. I'm sure the tabloids will make a big deal of it - Camilla no doubt made her life hell as well...

Here's one. If this counts.

Charles Lane is the 4th hit of 2007. He is the 154th since 1987. The 2007 list is now in 16th place out of a possible 21 lists. That is if he gets a UK obit...

Ah ha - perhaps that is why his name was mentioned on the radio this morning. The radio station is rather awful for doing that as an excuse to play old records. Still, I would much rather they were comemorating his deathday over his birthday!

I got all excited today when the DJ at Waves Radio mentioned Lee Hazlewood. I thought he had died but no - it was just an intro to Nancy Sinatra's song. I was at work. That Radio has brought me news of the death of Edward Heath and General Pinochet to name a few. It usually results in me dancing about like a fanny for a couple of minutes...

You may not necessarily - but if you can't be arsed to do an even decent covering letter with your CV, I ain't employing you. I wouldn't judge the applicant by that for that particualr position. I'd be more interested in what qualifications and skills he listed. You can't really put practical skills down on a bit of paper. Then again, I'm not running a highly successful business. I'm assuming you're successful because plumbers are generally a shower of robbing bastards.

I didn't think you needed a high standard of English to be a plumber. There goes the back up job...

OK, she's dead. Deepest sympathies...

Handrejka you popular soul, your in box is full. I was going to PM you regarding the hospitalisation of Lady Bird Johnson last month. She was in hospital for a week, getting out on the 28th June. Here is a link: http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/stor...6744406,00.html

I think I speak for everyone when I say, WHAT?

If any ladies are interested, she rather randomly exclaimed she was bi-sexual today. I'm pretty sure she must have to odd glass of wine before coming to work....

Tell her you want to show her how we make babies... and that yes, men's thingies *are* usually shaped like that. Athough she is naive with regard to what a fallopian tube is, she knows all about what her other bits do. On another occassion, when her then work mate was sating that she would never do anal because it would hurt, she piped up to say "Its not all that bad actually". She has been taken advantage of several times by men old enough to be her father. She is a country lass you see. If you have a car, you are a millionaire to her. It's a shame really.

I'm sure that you are all sick fed up listening to me banging on about my work, but something extremely funny happened to day. I wasn't there sadly, but it sounds too funny. There is one particular girl who isn't too bright. She left school quite early without much in the way of qualifications. She is, quite frankly, a stereotypical blonde. Anyway, it came to break time and she was going to the shop which is just up the road. So before she went, she asked if anyone wanted anything. The head cook said yes, he did want something. He said he needed something for supper time. He told her he wanted a fallopian tube. He also told her that they didn't sell them in the front - they would be in the store. So he told her that she would have to ask for one at the counter. She actually did it. She walked into a shop, went to the counter, and asked if they had any fallopian tubes! Poor girl. She came back pretty pissed off. Christ knows what she thought it was. The disturbing thing is that I'm not joking. I've got to work with her tomorrow...

I may be about a month too late with this, but did anyone notice the name of the winner of Britain's got talent? Paul Potts? Do you suppose his parents were fans of the brutal dictator Pol Pot? Almost as unfortunate as Mr. K. D. Fiddler...

Things To Do While Waiting For Death... 2007

Host a dinner party in honour of your loved ones... -
I make it 3-3. Lord Football claims it's 4-3 to them but hey, he is a peer and I know my place. If we end on evens, I would hate to imagine what the arrangements for extra time include.

Looks like his son was not far wrong with his wiki post. George Melly is the 3rd hit of 2007. He is the 153th DL hit since 1987. The 2007 list is now in 16th place shared with 1989 and 1990 out of a possible 21 lists. I'm off to check the football forum's deadpool - see if they had him.

You will all be glad to know that the Queen's visit to Dundee past without incident. Very interesting, Lawrenson. Let me show you the stage these people are at now: He is still saying this after we agreed that George II and Bonnie Prince Charlie were about as Scottish as each other. He also seems to have missed my point that Charles was not really all that interested in Scotland. It was a good landing station full of soldiers to help him take England. He breached the border remember. I'm arguing that BPC had no problem with the Union. In my opinion, the Stuarts were only greetin because they were not in charge. Had the uprisings succeeded, the Sturats would have done as they did before 1688 - rule from England over a now United Kingdom. The only difference being that this time, there would be a strong Catholic Church and Court heavily under the thumb of France and Rome. But then I may have gone too far (yet again).

??? I don't get it like? Burns the poet. Surprisingly popular with us Scots. I say 'surprisingly' because he was a tax collector (was he not?).

Nice sig, Bou! I can't remember if I read it here, but given his audience, does anyone find it ironic that Jeremy Kyle slags off people for not being a real man and not having a job? His show is on in mid-mornings - I doubt people watch it at work...

Alex Salmond (unsurprisingly) Most of this years Big Brother contestants (if they count) Paul Burrel Mohammed Al Fayed I would second Jeremy Kyle (he is a bully) and CJ (the w**ker).

Birthdays, Births, Anniversaries ,etc ...for 2007
Windsor replied to football_fan's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Thank you all so much for your...kind gestures and supportive words. It is only fair that I have my birthday now because my 2nd Cousin (whatever (the one with the biblical kid)) has rather selfishly decided to have her wedding on my 20th Birthday on the 28th. I will be in attendance there trying to upstage the bride in a frock of a tartan nature. It was not my intention to go to the wedding because, to my shock, I found out that her brother is one of those 'Scottish Freedom Fighters'. Tosser. Anyway, thank you. -
