The blond twins are Carol Thatcher holding what appears to be a puppet head of her mother, Margaret Thatcher. Margaret Thatcher is Britain's best loved Prime Minister - her reign lasted 1979-1990. She won three general elections, and never lost any as party leader. (Change the name and dates and that could be Tony Blair )

    I voted for Haughey....who was also...the leader of a....country...

    Charles Haughey

Indeed, fantastic news from Ireland - thanks to Noel for breaking it to me! This is fairly exciting as he could be our 5th success and my 3rd on DDP. It's not even April yet!

    Ariel Sharon

Is it a pilgrimage she is going on Windsor? Surely you've dodged enough bullets on here to make you bulletproof Being an Elder of the Church of Scotland, she claims to be going for the Jesus stuff. I think that she's more interested in the other 'sun' though. Indeed, Lady G. You need to be bullet proof on this forum. Maybe I should go to Israel. I could get a job at Sharon's hospital as a cleaner and unplug his life support while doing the hoovering. Make alot of DDPers happy.

I was asked if I wanted to go to Israel - my response was basically, "I've got better things to do with my time rather than dodge bullets". I can't stand 'too warm' anyway - I hate it. I'm also not too good with foreigners.

    Ariel Sharon

Hopefully not in the next three weeks as mummy goes off to Israel on Saturday (crazy woman). If Sharon dies, Hamas said they were going to go on a rampage (I believe).

    Ronnie Biggs

He doesn't look all that ill in that picture. So will anyone here be signing the petition?

Right on the ball - Windsor, Caugh caugh "Mr Stats" . . . Banshees, Banshees - if you really wanted stats I would have also included that 3 of our 4 successes are first time listings. Also, I may have added that as a group, politicians account for 50% of our deaths. That would just be going too far I feel...(noted these down for the next death). Wel that would be a bit obsessive, wouldn't it? Good thing you didn't consider that... If so I would have to of suggested that you occupy your time even more by volunteering for the Boys & Girls club or something like it... In reality you certainly participate in enough of those! It was 'parents night' tonight, so I won't see those wretched children until September. So that means lots of spare time to increase my database on deathlist stats.

    Sudden Death!

And feel a bit of a chump every time I get my spellings wrong. Godot, perhaps you could explain what you're ranting about here.

Or Pinochet of course who really was top dog in the military junta. Ah yes - I forgot about him. As well as Mandela....and Botha....and that African President guy.... So (to incease my chances) it could be any one of them...

I'm going to go for 'three in a row' regarding politicians. First it was Profumo - his political career never took off. Then Weinberger - rather senior but didn't quite make the top. So number 3 will be a top dog - either Gerald Ford or Maggie T. Needless to say, my vote goes to Ford (there's a first time for everything ).

    Caspar Weinberger

Casper Weinberger is the 4th success of 2006. He is the 141st success since 1987 The 2006 list is now in 15th place out of the 20 lists since 1987. He is also the 2nd hit this month. Hopefully the DL can keep up the good work!

    Muhammed Zahir Shah

We can also hope that he be blown up or shot or something... Blown up, shot, ran over, dropped from a plane, bitch slapped to death - It all works for me. Well now that's not very nice. What has Mohammad Zahir Shah done to deserve such scorn? Shameful. For another 4 points, it's worth it.

    Ronnie Biggs

Would it be ironic if he was finally released from prison only to be killed by a wallop to the head whilst he was being robbed. Then, his killer was freed on appeal after only serving two months? And Biggs was hit by a train at his funeral? Or would that just be far fetched?

    Sudden Death!

A gaulighter is like a regional leader in Nazi Germany. If someone were to step out of line, it would be his job to report it to the higher levels to be dealt with.

    Ideas and possibilities for 2007

You should see how these elderly prisoners are treated when outside prison. I was visiting Aberdeen Hospital last night and when walking though the corridors was past by an old man in a trolley like wheelchair. The man obviously wasn't well. He looked rather frail, perhaps in his mid seventies. To top this off he was wearing an oxygen mask and leaning to one side. Anyway, to ensure this man could not escape he was handcuffed to his trolley/wheelchair which was also chained to one of the two 'Reliance' staff who were escorting him. He was hardly going to escape without all those procautions in the first place. Maybe it was Ronnie Biggs !! Naa, most likely a sex offender from Peterhead Prison...

    Docter Docter!

If thats the one who partly shat out his stomach then, yes I've seen it. Rather revolting.

Career? How does what those two sick f**ks did qualify as a career? If that's a career then I'm glad I'm unemployed. F*****g career, I ask you! I know! If anything it was a part time job at most.

Maybe he didn't like Profumo and thus did not attend his funeral.

    The Kings Of Tonga

I was going by his age on that one. Well I suppose I shall have to make do with the ailing King of Tonga. No deaths since January with me...
