Not including the assassination of Mrs. T by the Conservative party in 1990, Britain hasn't had an assassinated PM since Spencer Perceval in 1812. He is still the only PM to have been assassinated. Did you sign up for this course voluntarily? Yes. It seemed like a good idea at the time. I get the same feeling with pensioners and busses. You see, in Scotland they get a free bus pass and god do they use it. They take up all the seats and if all the seats are full, you don't get on the bus. I had to stand for over an hour (hourly service) in snow because the bus I intended to take was full of pensioners. And another thing, if you actually do get on the bloody bus, one of them always farts and it smells like they have followed through. Vulgar!

Its a question of her contribution actually being noted in history. You have your point that many blacks took part in civil disobedience its just that by chance she was noticed. It's the same with Martin Luther King, if he haddn't been assassinated would he still be considered a great in Civil Rights History? The fact of the matter is that this woman has been recognised and her fame, it could be argued stems from this off chance recognition over her actual act of protest in 1955. (Does that make sense to anyone else?)

Suicide has no differnce in result on deathlist (if the person is famous). But on DDP you get an extra point if one of your candidates commit suicide.
