Very solid bet for this year's list to look at him.

I still say Charlie will be the first to go.

Cheers guys & gals. Millwall, best thing to do is either PM TMIB with your email & he can send you an entry form or email/PM me. I say this because the server was so stupid last year, I think emailed entry forms are going to work better, so it might be best to go down that route. Sometimes I think I've run the DDP for 20 years, not 2 but that's only because it's so time-consuming. Nonetheless, I shall miss running it, but I hope to be more competitive as a player in 2010..... will do

Only just saw this thread for the first time. Very good idea. Will post any potential 'listers in advance of T.V. appearences from now on. p.s. would it be appropriate to post any recent youtube clips on this thread too?
-
If you could send some details to me I would appreciate it. I keep making recomendations fro the main list (admitedly always suggesting the same 2 or 3 people) and they are always ignored so I'm definetly going to do the DDP this year.

I was less than delighted with our 1-1 draw against Non League opposition yesterday. Still the replay will generate some more ticket revenues. Is anyone on this forum going to the match against M.K. Dons on Tuesday. (Coz I am...)

For me putting Dohety or Winehouse or Lohan or any twenty or even thirty something celebrity drug addict on the list would simply be a spoilt ballot. Celebs simply aren't allowed to die of drugs the way they used to be. They all have strong suppprt networks around them that stop them going the way of Sid Vicious, Jimmy Hendrix, et al/ The clue, by the way, is in what we know about Lindsay and Amy's using;they are bothn famous fo going into rehab at regualr intervals and not for doing drugs. Now,if you knew of any suicidally depressed singers in their twenties or thirties, then that would be worth looking in to.

Yeah, I'll go with that. One of the saner voices and one of the best posters (I'll get to near 8000 one day but by then he'll be into six figures!)

She's wanted that for ages, but the recent upsurge in publicity has - apparently - had a serious health impact on her. tricky one for me morally speaking. I know that she wants the charges dropped and that must carry some weight but after drugging and raping a 13/14 (I cant remember which) year old girl you should have do some time or receive some sort of punishment. Also, if he is out in prison (which seems unlikely) I dont think that there is any point in outting him on the main DL list on the grounds that he is a suicide watch. If you look at bis history he is too much of a survivor to do a thing like that. (IMHO)

Natasha Lyonne springs to mind, as do Scott Weiland & Corey Haim. Corey Haim is 37, not quite a 20-something. How about Allegra Versace? Real outisde chances those two. Both "Hail Mary Plays" as they say in U.S. sports.

Well unless you can see through walls, it wouldn't would it? Have they stopped putting windows in rest homes then? Went past there again a few days ago and still didn't see him. And, yes i am so bored at work that I'm reading the first few pages of this thread over again.

This member (http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?showuser=1758) is obviously a big Dio fan.

that story made me miss the days when she was p.m.

I know what you mean. There are no obvious utstanding health problem on top of his age. But surely any famous 92 year old has at least a solid claim to go on the list.
-
I'm not saying that I disagree with some form of healthcare reform but listening to the new this morning I thought of that line Denholm Elliot has in A Private Function. On the eve of founding the NHS he's the doctor who says "Do you realise that if this government ha its way then any little peasant will be able to walk into my surgey and say [adopts pathetic voice] "I'm not well, cure me.""

Those two seem to have their act cleaned up. I think Pete Docherty would be a much better bet and, as I said a few posts ago, I also think that Alex Higgins will go next year.
-
I've got one problem with your reasoning. Given that Zsa Zsa hasn't been in a big film for about 35/40 years and hasn't had any real media profile since slapping that traffic cop, why would she suddenly notice being out of the limelight now?
-
Oh yeah.....
-
Alex Higgins looked close to death's door when he was palying in an oldies tournament a few week ago so I'd like to suggest him.
-
I think that the bottom line is that even if the UK coal industry had not been decimated under Thatcher we would have pretty much stopped using it by now anyway. Now, does anyone have any news about her current state of health?

My girlfriemd and I went to Bruges lasy year and it was beautiful..... To get back on topic, no I dont think there has ever beena Belgian on the list and I can't think of a famous one who's near death.
